Apr 05,2023JLN are the sole service provider that I go to without checking prices, other companies etc etc. The reason I have been doing that for years, is quite simply the unparalleled service they provide. Faye is the calmest point of first contact, whatever 'emergency' you think you have, she reassures you that it will be solved and all is well. Thank you Faye! Scott turned up this morning exactly when he said he would with the biggest smile. His calming friendly competent approach leaves u assured that he knows what he is doing. He was completely thorough in his work, explaining what he was doing and didnt leave till he was completely satisfied that boiler was fixed and I was happy with the outcome. This is a classic company of you get what you pay for. Always worth every penny in my mind. Thank you Jim and team!
