Honestly, I never write reviews on anything but this Bank, I couldn’t thank them enough. The weight they have lifted off my shoulders in providing me with a loan for what I needed is unbelievable. I feel like I’m free and I can breathe again with no more money problems. A huge thank you to the whole team at JN Bank. You’re truly wonderful. Fantastic APR and great variety of loan values. I found them via Freedom Finance and was 80% pre approved via that and subject to final checks. Once again, thank you for a lovely smooth sailing process. Jessica x

Honest company with friendly staff, very quick to reach on the phone. I got my loan 9 months ago at a competitive rate. Was very happy with the quick application and the loan set up. Recently I decided to find ways to reduce my monthly spending, and I was able to get approved for a new loan elsewhere at a much lower interest rate, hence decided to close my JN Bank loan. I received the settlement quote within 2 days of sending them a private message through my online loan account, with simple instructions how to make the money transfer. There was an issue with the transfer. JN Bank do not have the "Confirmation of Payee Service" set up yet, which means that at my High Street bank's end their account details got flagged as a potential risk of fraud, as they couldn't verify the details. My bank suspended my online banking and I had to phone the fraud department regarding the transfer I was trying to make. After answering many questions, they asked me to phone JN Bank to verify the account details again. After 24 hours I had to call the fraud department back to request to proceed with the transfer, after which my online account got opened up again. JN Bank sent me email confirmation the next day confirming all was received their end and my loan was closed. I was overall happy with their service and communication.

Application process was simple with no forms to send off. About 4 hours from application to money being in my account. Reasonable apr given my credit rating/amount borrowing.

This was an easy enough and straightforward process, however only lost out on 5 🌟 due to emails being asked for when I'd already sent them. We got there in the end and I 100% would recommend you give them a go if you need a loan.
