May 24,2022After having issues trying to pay my loan off early and posting a review on here, the head of customer services contacted me to resolve the issue. The gentleman who rang we was very helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience caused. However, fact of the matter is that the original support provided and the website was not very clear and needs further development. So I’ve changed my rating from 1 stars to a 3 to reflect this and I hope the information I gave during our phone call is used to improve the service for existing and future customers.

May 20,2022Providing that you are an honest, hard-working person who wants to borrow money for the needs you have, loaning from JN Bank is a straightforward and smooth process. Just input the sum, and the period of time you are willing to pay the credit and they will help you with all the rest of the details. And the result is coming back to you the same day, maybe few hours later. It took me less than an hour, on a Friday morning, but let's just say hours. Overall, a pleasant and easygoing experience!
