Apr 27,2022I've been victim of identity fraud, with 4 banks. All other banks took the time to investigate and cleared my name. JN bank responded to me in 30 mins saying I'm liable (without investigating). They've ignored emails and have not sent me communication that I asked. They care about their money and do not care about the people they effect. The evidence was so clearly there and they refused to even look at it. Terrible Bank.
