Ordering process was very simple and straightforward. Delivery on time and efficiently managed. No complaints at all and the mattress is great and as advertised!

Dec 15,2021Superb service. The bed delivered initially had a flaw: nothing major but enough to lead us to question it. JR offered to replace it straight away, with no quibbles, and promptly did so. The replacement was perfect. In my view, the test of a really good service is how the provider responds when something goes slightly wrong - that happens for everyone from time to time - and JR really stepped up to the plate. First class product and service.

They really took the time to offer advice and explain everything to me, apparently I’ve been sleeping on the wrong mattress for years! Would not hesitate to recommend this company. Dec 01,2021Having purchased an Artisan Tailored Pocket 2000 medium mattress for a double bed a few years ago we decided to go for the same model for our King Size bed. They are the most comfortable mattresses and at a reasonable price.

The matress itself arrived 2 weeks before the promised delivery date, and is an absolute joy to sleep on. Don't waste a fortune on Vispring, John Ryan's mattresses are as good if not better at a fraction of the price !

Nov 30,2021We've been sleeping on our new John Ryan mattress (Origins Pocket Reflex 1000) for about a month now. I've always been a deep sleeper so my experience has been entirely positive with it so far, falling asleep quickly and not waking up through the night. My partner has struggled to sleep well in the past but she says that her sleep quality has improved. We're both pleased with how firm the mattress is and its overall feel. It's the Zip & Link version so we could feel a small gap in the middle at the start but John Ryan customer support responded quickly and advised us how to fix that. Great experience overall.

Nov 30,2021Having purchased many, many mattresses over the years and never seeming to get it right, I must admit I was a bit doubtful about purchasing a mattress online. The team at John Ryan are excellent and guide you through the process to make sure you purchase the right mattress for you. I wish I'd discovered John Ryan years ago. I could have saved ££££ buying so many rubbish mattresses and gained so many hours of great sleep! Just go for it!

Nov 30,2021What a fantastic company. The whole process from order to delivery was seamless and I was kept up to date at all points. John Ryan even gave expert advice on what bed would be best suited to me and boy were they right. I have never had such a good nights sleep in my life and my only regret is not discovering this company sooner. The price was very reasonable especially considering the quality of the bed. For the same money I could have bought from mainstream vendors but their beds were not a patch on the bed I got. They also gave me guidance on how to look after the bed with information I did not know. For example leaving the mattress open to air for 24 to 48 hours before using and other very helpful tips. The delivery company they used was also first class with polite and helpful driver and assistant. I cannot praise this company highly enough.

Nov 30,2021I was initially wary about buying a mattress from the internet but the John Ryan website is very informative so I phoned for some further advice. I ordered the Origins Pocket 1500 in a medium tension. It is a very comfortable, supportive mattress, it looks and feels quality. After 3 weeks of use my grumbling hip pain has completely disappeared. Delighted with it.
