Purchased 2 pairs of boots for $550.42 And when I returned them, they refunded me $373.62 Thats robbery. Julian stated it’s delivery and custom fees. Absolutely outrageous. If those are the fees attached it should be spelled out in $$ in advance.

Not transparent with costs. Sent me an incorrect purchase invoice! Charged me a different price from the invoice. Withheld 100£ off the refund total to cover shipping (charged twice, customs and duties (apparently non refundable) and tax. I would recommend if you are buying outside the EU avoid this company.

Amazing experience. It was what I was expecting from your competitor Miinto.com but never got from them. In fact Miinto is the worst company I have ever bought from, late shipping, wire fraud and sent me the wrong item, horrible experience. Julian Fashion on the other hand had fast shipping and excellent service restored the faith in online shopping that Miinto took from me. I want to give Julian fashion 6 stars for that.
