Mar 24,2025First encounter with this online shop and unfortunate one. They been promoting (still are) 30% diacount, I chose the product, added to cart, applied code and got 30% discount. Decided to make final purchase in the evening and for my surprise - it is gone. Full price. Frustrating enough, code no longer works for product, so I sign up for newsletter for 15% code and here we go again, code not applicable to this product. Unprofessional. Unreliable. If issues are not rare just while making a purchase, I can imagine what I could expect later on. Tried contacting them via website form - sucessfully submited - no response at all.

Mar 07,2025I had a horrible experience with Julian Fashion, and I would strongly warn others to avoid them! I returned a pair of jeans that cost £232, fully understanding that delivery (£20) and duties/taxes (£79.83) might not be refundable.( I was not aware of this policy while purchasing and they never mentioned it during the purchasing process)! However, they only refunded me £200—meaning they kept an extra £32 of my money for no reason! Not only did they fail to refund the full item price, but their policy on taxes and duties is completely unfair. Why should customers lose such a large amount when returning an item? Other retailers handle this properly, but Julian Fashion seems to take advantage of customers. I tried contacting them to fix this issue, and I am waiting to receive response from them.This company is a scam—stay away unless you want to lose your money!
