The team reached out after I completed the purchase (before shipping) to indicate that the leather had some imperfections. After signing off on the images, they quickly shipped the shoes and I'm very pleased with them. I didn't have to pay an import tax.

Only discovered this online store days ago, by searching for one special item that was no longer available in my size elsewhere - found it here, at a GREAT, actually the best price and so I dared to make the plunge asap :), ordering it. What can I say, wonderfully FAST processing of the order; the parcel was quickly delivered via UPS with very transparent tracking throughout, being kept up to date also by Julian Fashion via Email, when my order arrived it was packaged nicely and securely, with a very personal touch too (as one can add a little personalized note for free, which I did and they delivered it ! Nice touch !) ALl in all, very happy with my purchase and will gladly buy again from them- Thanks, Julian :), and thank you dear Sara, for your kind immediate reply to my personal little 'thank you'-Email, right upon receiving my order !
