Sep 17,2013I visited the store in order to buy some items for my forthcoming baby. I was not sure exactly what brands and products would suit me best so hd lots of questions to ask. The staff were very informative and patient with everything that I needed to know and guided me thorough the maze of products available I came away satisfied that the service and advise I had received was perfect for me and would have no hesitation in recommending this store to anyone I know.

Sep 15,2013Not happy with online service as three days after placing my order they inform me by email that the product is out of stock in my chosen colour even through it still says instock online. They did offer me a different colour but I feel they need to keep up to date with there stock level alot better as i Wonder how many more people r waiting on a refund after ordering a product that stated was instock.

Sep 14,2013this is to update my recent review on my order from justkiddingonline. due to some technical problems occurred, delivery of the purchased item could not be carried out. however, after shilpa contacted me through email, everything was sorted out immediately via email conversations. brilliant service from justkiddingonline. prices are also very interesting. will buy again for sure.

Aug 28,2013Interestingly, JustKidding sent me two emails today, both asking me to rate their service on Trustpilot. I wouldn't have posted this message without their prompt but, since they're so keen to hear my view, here goes: If JustKidding were as proficient at dispatching goods as they are at sending out marketing drivel, I'd be delighted with their service but sadly they're not. I'm still waiting for the goods I ordered and the order 'tracking' feature on their website hasn't been updated since the minute I completed the order, so I've no idea when my goods will arrive. Hmmm. Come one, JustKidding, get your priorities straight.

Aug 22,2013I ordered a bugaboo donkey on the Wednesday, phoned to find out when it would be delivered, and if it could be ASAP as I was going on holiday that weekend. The lady on the phone said she'd make a phone call, to make sure that it was put on that evenings delivery. I received another phone call that evening, apologising that the courier could not take any parcels that day, due to being full, but that it would be too priority the following day. I received my parcel on Friday morning at 8.20am. I am very impressed with the customer service, and correspondence between the staff and their customers. Thankyou for such a brilliant and efficient service. Oh, and I LOVE my donkey, and the fact I am able to use it on holiday.
