Dec 24,2012I was aware I had left it late to order and receive before Christmas but was not disappointed. I wrote an email to them after placing the order on line to see if there was a chance it would be here before 24th. They said it would be delivered on the 21st and it was! I would recommend.

Dec 18,2012A lovely highchair; really sturdy & secure with a spacious tray for when baby's older. Reclines fully so my baby can nap & has a lovely toy arch which keeps him entertained. Usually my baby doesn't enjoy being put down but he is happy to sit in this chair!

Dec 04,2012I ordered a Toy Story Aquadoodle on your web page last week for my friends little boys Christmas present!! The next day I was called saying the product was not available even though the website had said it was and my money had been taken! I was offered an alternative aqua doodle but its the Toy Story one I wanted hence why I ordered it! The money was quickly taken from my account but has yet to be refunded!! I've tried calling your Customer Services 5 times and each time it's either engaged or just rings through to an answer phone!! I'm now out of pocket and still need to order another one with Christmas fast approaching!! Not a very good experience!!

I received all the advice I needed with the feeling the after sales would be just as good. My partner collected the item and again so helpful and reassuring we had made the right purchase. Thank you.

Nov 11,2012had my doubts to begin with about the shop as i found it online and there prices are almost to good to be true but went for it anyway because the deals are so good and i got everything i ordered no hassel easy to order recieved my stuff in less than a week of ordering. will deffinatly use again : )

Sep 21,2012Finding things for our first baby was so confusing but with help of Just Kidding we managed to get everything sorted, it felt like the stress was taken away from us. From car seat, pushchair to baby cots all the advice helped us in finding what we wanted. Now expecting baby number 2, the staff have been extremely helpful with the advice for twin pushchairs. We appreciate their honest opinion on the products we are looking to get for our second baby. I will definitely recommend Just Kidding to my friends and family. Always happy with their service could not ask for more!

Sep 21,2012I had been let down at the last minute by the retailer who had had our I candy peach 2 order for 3 months. A friend had heard about just kidding and that they had peach 2's coming in so I gave them a call to see if they could help. Being full term and desperate I was so relieved to speak with the lovely Shilpa who was so helpful and informative and reserved me the berry bonbon - exactly what I originally wanted but was told was not available until next year! So I picked it all up today, it was a bit of a trek as I live in Surrey but was soooo worth the effort. The pram looks great and Shilpa was so helpful showing me how to put it all together and take apart etc etc and helping me carry it all to my car. Brilliant customer service. Couldn't have asked for more from her would highly recommend you get all your baby things from her! Support independent shops!

Sep 13,2012Just before my daughter was born me and my wife both shopped around for car seats, buggies, cot beds etc "As you do"......We went to all the high street shops and looked at all the big brands. We then visited Just Kidding and what a lovely experiance it was, the staff where so helpful and as we where first time parents and new to the whole thing they explained what was the right products to buy and sutible for our child. The whole journey from start was brilliant and they really took there time with us even though the shop was busy. Some of the Items I had bought where very difficult to get due to high demand, but Just Kidding managed to sorced the item and deliver to me on time. Since then I have recomended Just Kidding to my friends and family and they also have come back to me and shared the same experiance......Thank you again JK.... Keep up the excellent service. :-)
