I phoned up before I ordered to make sure the product was in stock. Friendly service. Received the item within the week.

We found that Just Kidding had the best price online for the buggy we were after. In similar situations we have found that suppliers claim to have stock available at a low price while waiting for a delivery themselves. The team on the phone were very clear that the item was in stock at the correct spec and at the advertised price. They made it clear when we could expect delivery and sure enough, the package arrived as planned.

We have brought all our baby kit from Just Kidding from travel systems, car seats, nursery furniture to blankets and muslin cloths. Shilpa and her team give wonderful advice, listen to your needs and make suggestions which will fit with your lifestyle. I have recommended Just Kidding to many friends and continue to buy equipment them as I know I will get personal service at a good price.

Compared to other bigger stores, just kidding had as much stock but were able to go through it all with me in peace, and gave very sensible practical tips. Will definitely use again.

We are now on our 3rd child and most of the items that we bought from Just Kidding we are still able to use again because the items that they sourced for us were such great quality. Shilpa from Just Kidding has been amazing; always helpful and enthusiastic. There is a reason you go to the smaller shops rather than the Mothercare's of this world..... service! I was so pleased with the service I recieved for the purchase of my babystyle oyster pram.! I selected a third party delivery address and was pleased to know that as a security precaution a letter would be sent to my home address to confirm! This only delayed my delivery by a day or so but left me with great comfort that the delivery would not have been left with just anyone and would arrive with me safely.! I then recieved txt messages to update me on the tracking of my parcel and I was then given a time slot within the hour to when it would be with me! My pram was packaged well and the finishing product was very satisfying.! I would recommend anyone to use this company and I will certainly be using them again! :)

I went to buy A PRAM. We had spent a lot of time going to different stockists of I-Candy and Bugaboo but could never view our preferred colours in one place. Just kidding had a variety of colours in both of our chosen models. We got to try both prams out and really take our time on which pram would suit our lifestyle best. The lady in the shop was very helpful and contributed to a great shopping experience for us at quite a stressful time. Full marks to Just Kidding I would recommend this shop to everybody.

I ordered bottle teats a week ago an still waiting for them to be delivered. I need these teats as my baby has to have thickened fluids. PLUS waiting a week for anything when you have paid for faster delivery is not acceptable

I have purchased many items from this company instore and online and have always been more than satisfied. I recommend this company to many of my friends. Most of my major purchases ( pram, carseat and carseat base) were bought from them. We had a manufactural fault with an item which was exchanged there and then. This built my trust with them because I knew my child's safety was a priority for them. They have great deals that keep me coming back too. It's sounds like they have paid me for this review but they haven't they've just been very honest and trust worthy.

Not only was the product we were buying around £20 cheaper than on other sites, but despatch and delivery was fast and the product was in mint condition when it arrived. Excellent service all round.

Ordered a new bugaboo sun shade for the cameleon 3 as so many other online stores were either out of stock or there was a long waiting time. After searching the internet I came across this site and was pleasantly surprised that they were in stock. As an added bonus the item was reduced due to the celebration birth of the new baby prince. Item arrived within 2 days of ordering. Very pleased with the service and item.
