Fantastic birthday party for my 3yr old grandson. Excellent staff and well organised. Food was great too. All the kids had a fab time. Would definately recommend!!

Visited the store over the past month or so for a few events, the atmosphere and people have been warm and welcoming every time. Coming into these events with no prior experience didn't feel like a hassle to anyone else involved, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

Made several orders from the store, both for delivery and pick up. Quick replies to queries and very easy to deal with, wouldn't and don't hesitate to recommend Justplay, they have a massive range of top notch products, and if they haven't got it, they can usually get it.

Quick Easy Hassle Free. Cheers Justplay for making a 2 day turnaround on an order during the Pandemic for some paints and miniatures. You guys are awesome, keep it up. Hope to visit the physical store again someday

Ordered several times from JustPlay for collection in store and also home delivery. Absolutely brilliant service and range of products from a smaller retailer. Not to mention the staff are excellent and go above and beyond to help you out of needed. They can preorder and back order items to so even if not in stock I’ve never waited longer than I consider unreasonable like with some of the bigger retailers. JustPlayGames are my go to now when ordering online.

The owners and staff at Justplay really make it a welcoming place. They make you want to go and game there, and they make you want to spend money there as opposed to elsewhere. Thats because you know that money, aside from bringing you your gaming goodies, is supporting a business ran by brilliant people who put the customer experience above everything else. I'm overjoyed that Justplay has been able to adapt to this strange new Covid World where things are more closed off and less personal/close than we would wish. I'm overjoyed that their success over the last year has allowed them to expand because it means that as we approach a more normal version of the world, there's more at Justplay to enjoy - hopefully for many years to come.

Item arrived on day of release with no hassle. Really good store with a good selection of items, great customer service and a good discount. Finally they are a really positive contributor to the community with fantastic content.
