Jul 03,2022I asked Just Play if they would join the Bits and mortar scheme so that when I ordered in an RPG book I’d also get access to the pdf for free. They had never heard of it but were more than happy to and signed themselves up. I now order my books from them and they’ve arrived much more quickly than I expected them to and I get the pdfs at the till. Top marks. They’ve also been very open to me running Warmachine tournaments at their store.

Jun 14,2022They marked my order as collected when I have not collected it. I have emailed several times asking for the status of my order and they have not replied once. This is for something I ordered 10 months ago. I have also been in store to ask about this but they just said they didn’t have the item yet.
