Apr 09,2023Justplay ist vorsätzlicher Betrug. Anfangs wurde noch wie versprochen alle 3 Stunden das Guthaben der angesammelten Münzen in Guthaben ausgezahlt. Seit ein paar Tagen jedoch verweigert Justplay jegliche Auszahlungen. Immer wenn die 3 Stunden abgelaufen sind, läuft der Countdown einfach von neuem und die Auszahlung wird verweigert. Das ist vorsätzlicher Betrug und ein Fall für die Justizbehörden.

Mar 18,2023Als ich mit dem Spiel begonnen habe, konnte man sich noch Geld auf Paypal auszahlen lassen. War ja auch große Ankündigung in der Werbung. Beim 2. Mal auszahlen ist kein Paypal mehr vorhanden und man soll spenden. Sorry, ich brauche das Geld selber, sonst würde ich ja nicht spielen. Also wo ist bitte PAYPAL?????????????

Mar 03,2023TLDR: Took 8 months to deliver 2 small in-stock items. I ordered several items on the 1st July 2022 which all showed on their website as in stock. They were needed for a convention the following weekend. On the 5th July I contacted them by phone to find out where my order was, as I hadn't received a shipping confirmation. They said some of the items weren't in stock. They proceeded to cancel and refund part of the order which wasn't in stock. The rest of the order was supposed to be shipped out. It didn't get sent in time for the convention; in fact it didn't get shipped until 27th Feb 2023 - nearly 8 months later. Not a word of an apology or explanation.

Feb 10,2023Tried to buy some specialist (necromunda) dice online, turned out they were out of stock, but after a short email conversation was given sope options for available alternatives. As these are non stock item but ordered in from Games Workshop the delivery time is slower. But as I was in no rush this was all fine. Arrived and are exactly as ordered.

Apr 10,2023I ordered a game as shown in stock on the 12 th march 2023 . Checked later that week, showed out of stock. Contacted them via email on 22nd march stating this. - (No reply) contacted them via instagram 23rd march 2023, as no reply from email emailed 24th march stating i have reached out via instagram - (No reply) received an answer on Instagram 25th march saying out of stock but can refund, i replied same day requesting a refund, no refund 2nd april requested refund via Instagram again - (No reply) 2nd april sent email requesting refund with screenshot on Instagram - (No reply) 10th april requested refund from Instagram again - (No reply)
