Sep 03,2024Great quality food, we were quite shocked at the quality difference and the fact that we were spending $140 weekly on one dog from an Auckland franchise store that seems to be filled with majority of bone. We save $50 and get better meat, the delivery is free, our dog is super happy and has such a healthy shiny coat.

Nov 12,2022FedEx in my area has always been problematic, but color me surprised when my order was a day late and I received a call from K9 Cuisine telling me they were looking into the issue. Two days later, when I still hadn't received my order the same customer service person called (at 7pm their time) to let me know she'd called FedEx corporate and been on hold trying to reach my nearest distribution center to see what was going on. I've had this kind of issue many times with my local FedEx, but I've never had a company work this hard to make sure I received my order. The product arrived undamaged and was reasonably priced,as well.

Feb 04,2022I love my cats and I always wish them the best life. So, I have decided to vary their diet and ordered some new food for them. I have spent plenty of time searching for a proper pet store where I could buy a good food, so finally I facedthis one. Here I found plenty of food which seemed to me very delicious, at least I decided it by reading the description of food. So, I ordered some packs of food and offered it to my cats. They were delightd a lot and I guues i will order food only here, because the prices are comparatively low here and the quality is pretty high.
