I contacted K9 Cuisine about it and spoke to a lovely woman named Margaret. She got back to us immediately and made sure the issue was resolved. We are so impressed with K9 Cuisine’s high level of customer service. I wish other companies had employees like Margaret; she is professional, efficient, and delightful to speak with. We love K9 Cuisine!

Nov 06,2020Ad for K9 Cuisine dogfood I searched for on Google said free tax and shipping. When I checked out, tax was added. I sent an email asking about that and the reply said that they don't know how Google ads work but they always add tax.

(which I question Amazon because they could sell an older product or questionably stored product, which could affect quality) K9 Cuisine delivered my order promptly. I will be ordering again!

I feed dry kibble with canned topper and I rotate between flavors for variety. K9 Cuisine stocks all flavors of each. One stop shopping! So much easier! Shipped same day I placed order. That's outstanding customer service! Expiration date was two years out. Prices are exactly the same as that well known online retailer who advertises on TV all the time. I live in Iowa and I'm thrilled to do business with a quality mid-west based company. So glad I found them!
