Sep 21,2020My dog eats canned food that is not available near where I have moved. My usual source is out of stock. I was delighted to find the food on this website. I had to call customer service. She returned my call quickly. In less than a week I had 24 cans.

Sep 18,2020Order arrived quickly and was correct. Even though the case of food was shrink wrapped in plastic, several of the cans were severely bent, and some with the seal broken, so unusable. Seems as though this case must have been crushed or dropped, and this food is expensive. While accidents do happen, will try another order to see if this was a fluke. Website easy to use, and thankfully food was in stock!

Sep 17,2020Hello, I am so very happy with K9cuisine! See we had diarrhea issues with a new puppy we acquired. Long story short, a breeder recommended Redpaw dog food. However, beings we live in the “back 40 of WA state”, not really, our location did not have a distributor for this brand. I was led to K9cuisine by Google/Redpaw and was introduced to a very kind lady. She took my call very late in the evening where she was at and let me know that “yes, free shipping over $49.99”. I was ecstatic. She also took time to explain how this particular brand of dog food was their best selling and most people with malamutes feed this to their dogs. She went on to discuss the time for shipping and because of covid-19 AND the wild fires, it may take a few extra days. I do live in WA. Dog food made it to my hometown in 3 days!!! However, at NO fault of K9cuisine, our city had the worst air quality in the world for the next two days. So my shipment sat for 2 extra days. Still I’m was very happy that it was here in WA.The kindness and time this person put into creating a new customer relationship clear across the country, is priceless. I will continue to order my dog food from K9cuise! Thank you.
