Oct 07,2020Our dogs love these Earth Animal No Hide Chicken Dog Chews, and typically getting the 4" version in a 24 Pack is not an issue, but these days nothing is "typical", so I was very pleased to find them here at K9Cuisine, and not at an outrageous price either. They were also delivered in a timely fashion too.

Sep 26,2020Food got here on time. However, it did not agree with my dog. Complicated return policy. Plus they deduct over $7. for each case returned. Also would not accept unused cans not in original box. Good company as long as you don’t need to return something.

When I left a message they actually called back not like some company’s I spoke directly to the person who help me with my order she was the most polite and pleasant woman made me feel confident that she definitely cares for me and my fur baby that the product was for. Sep 22,2020I had to call customer service because the delivery was very delayed, but the person I had contact with was just wonderful and she kept following up until the issue was resolved, and in the end it as the fault of FedEx not the company. I will definitely reorder.

Sep 22,2020I needed Fromm dog food and after moving I did not have a place close to my house to purchase it. After looking at a few online shops I went with K9 Cuisine and I am glad I did. The shopping experience was exactly as it should be. I received an immediate confirmation email, they shipped it the next business day via FedEx and sent an email with tracking, it arrived in 3 days and was well packaged. Prices for Fromm are about the same at all the stores so it is best to choose the seller based on service and K9 Cuisine performed perfectly.
