Mar 06,2025The interaction was tedious I had to repeat and resend things multiple times although I did get to the desired results it still left the amount I was disputing in pending which could take an additional day or so I don't mean to sound ungrateful for Because that's not the case. Although responding to the information being provided. If you check the thread of emails, the information was provided immediately. So I'm tired for sure about that part. But just getting over the issue. You know, I didn't even complain about the fact that the duration of. The complaint actually cost me a bigger bonus. Then the one that I inquired about. Because since this one wasn't listed in the days that it took to you're rectified. I was unable to meet though. I had already had meet the next point requirements. Because this one wasn't listed correctly. So now that I think about it, I would like that one reviewed as well since not meaning the next one's requirements were not due to any fault of my own

I heard good things about this company still honoring rewards when their system did not update properly but unfortunately I did not experience that. I will not continue to use this app if such a risk exists and is not easily resolved.

Mar 04,2025They’re honest as long as you read the descriptions and have correct expectations. I don’t make as much as the ads claim but I’ve made about $10 in a week. I had a survey crash and customer service was stellar. They were quick to respond, respectful, reasonable and I was more than happy with the outcome. Logan J got the job done and super fast. Great experience so far.

Not only it takes forever to earn some incentives through games and surveys that kick you out after you’re almost done answering all the questions, but after you reach $10 and you want to cash out they request your personal information to “verify your identity” and while you’re waiting for your payout…SURPRISE! They disable your account and put it “under review”. Many fake reviews supporting the app when in reality this app only steals time and people’s information while giving no reward for it!
