I've had issues with a couple of games and had my issue resolved quickly

My kash kick has been tracking but randomly stopped tracking when I made it to the $20 level. Kash kick manually applied my $20 credit but said they can't fix the error or allow anymore manual credits. I think that's honestly bologna and I should be refunded for all the games completed.

I was responded too quickly and given the steps I needed to take for my problem to be resolved. The only reason it's not a full five-star review is because I was told that they could only do this one time. I don't agree with that only because I pay money to play these games just to get money and then if something doesn't refresh right or is not tracked right I am then out money and I don't even get a chance at my reward.

Kashkick was a good experience at first. Then I tried to cash out. At firs,t I was skeptical, but I had used other apps such as Mistplay so I knew how this all played out. I filled out my information and then waited. And waited. Until I decided to stop playing Raid Shadow Legends and log in to the app, for some reason, it kept saying it couldn't find my email. So I tried on my computer and got the prompt, "This account was blocked because of fraud activity." Simply for trying to cash out? Not going to even bother.

I had a question about why my profile was showing that a goal hadn't been completed when I did complete it. The customer service rep answered my question and made sure everything was correct on my account. The next day the goal is showing completed. Thank you!

I received an email fairly quickly. The game I am playing wasn't tracking correctly so they gave me an admin credit for what I had won and warned me they would not be able to do so for any future winnings in that particular game. I appreciate the info so I don't waste money or time playing something I won't receive credit for playing. Both people I emailed were super nice and helpful. Thanks again
