I had been playing a game for weeks and hitting my goals before the deadlines and, Soooo kashkick system decided to stop tracking my game play and not reward me as the game progressed. I spent weeks on this game. I'm still upset about it because the customer service people would not honor my game play but 1 time... I am now missing out on the remaining rewards I should have received as I have passed levels ahead of schedule. Very frustrating why would they not honor my game play? Really sucks try other rewarding game sites.

Apr 09,2025Edit in reply to business: Even bigger liars than I originally thought! In response to my review you reached out to me and said I have multiple accounts using a yahoo and comcast email?? I dont even have a yahoo or comcast account. Just further lies from this joke of a company who is obviously never going to pay out and is just looking to scam peoples time, money, and data. Whoever is reading this DO NOT give them any sensitive information about you because this seems like an even bigger scam than I originally thought. Kashkick and BingoBltiz are a SCAM. DO NOT ever download, give money, or use these awful apps. After spending hours playing bingo blitz to hit rewards on kashkick and staying up until 4 in the morning on some days I finally hit all my rewards and was able to “win” $550. Kaskkick then locked me out of my account and made me reverify my identify and confirm my SSN MULTIPLE times before letting me back in. When I was finally back in I requested a deposit of my earnings but Kaskick and Bingoblitz together decided my progress was “not genuine/possible” and took back all my progress and earnings despite me having to spend money to even hit some of the rewards. There were some weekends where I was able to spend multiple hours working towards these goals which is why I was able to complete levels so quickly and NO WHERE on the terms and conditions does it say that isn’t allowed. Kashkick and BingoBlitz do not honor their terms and use lies to get out of paying people who actually do well - don’t waste your time on either of these apps. Both of these companies are LIARS and SCAMS do not spend a single dollar or minute of your time giving them anything because if you actually do well they will claim that you are not actually playing so they don’t have to pay you.

Apr 09,2025Cheated me as soon as I started one of the bigger offers. They said because I didn't make a purchase before I reached the level it didn't count. How can I get blamed if I didn't run out of resources and didn't need to make the purchase until after it slowed down. Cheated me out of $240 all because I didn't make the purchase until late game. Don't waste your time with these BS guys. I invited people who are playing it now and using the same method. Had to tell them to stop playing. They get you with small games to screw with long ones. Here's what it says on the details. Finish Seychelles and make purchase. Both were done and not honored. Now I wasted time on the task and telling friends to sign up. Email reply says I had to make the purchase before I completed the level. Why if I'm on a good streak and don't need supplies yet. Don't waste your time on the longer ones. Stick to the quick ones. Haven't even been able to make a cash out yet. Please guys our time is worth the money especially when they are still getting paid. MONEY AND TIME SPENT FOR NO REASON.

Apr 09,2025I was logged out and when I tried to sign back in it said my account was closed due to being inactive for 90 days. I had completed several tasks today and had $21 built up in rewards. I was on over a 20 day log in streak. It’s annoying enough that more than half of the surveys I start, I get kicked out of after answering questions for 10 minutes, but I accepted it. It sucked when for whatever reason it didn’t acknowledge I downloaded a game and had done several tasks and now was out of luck. Completely shutting my account and saying it was inactive for 90 days when I have multiple emails saying my account was awarded rewards today alone, is ridiculous. I’ve contacted customer support and was told my account doesn’t exist and they don’t know where I got the emails from. I did a screen recording showing me hitting the forward button so that my email, in addition to just my name would show up in the body of the email, as well as the email address and name from KashKick. Someone had been responding to me at first, but then that person stopped responding and someone else replied and thanked me for bringing it to their attention and said they’d eventually get back to me. I was able to log in again, once, and now, instead of it saying I was deactivated because of inactivity, my account is on hold for “unusual activity.” It says to fill out a form and submit. I did that and it sent me an email to reactivate my account, that doesn’t have a link in it. It’s just an email that says: Welcome back to KashKick! Start earning today! Reactivate your account! Reactivate Account Copy and paste this link into your browser if the button above does not work: {optinurl} The link doesn’t work and there’s nothing actually there to copy and paste in the browser. At least Fetch gives you what you earn and if there’s a problem they actually address it and help you fix it immediately. Only being able to get gift cards is a drawback, but you at least actually get them and not some excuse and deflection that it must be your fault somehow that their app is glitchy.

However kashkick did assist me in the matter of not receiving my deposit and I am happy now that I know that this company is really legit! Thanks kashkick for your assistance and yes they never ignored me all correspondence was sitting in my spam mail so please always check your spam mail. I will continue to refer this company to others!
