Oct 22,2024My car insurer, Hastings, offered KC Autos as one of a number of local approved repairers. I am so glad I chose KC Autos. Simon on reception was so friendly and efficient. He rang me to arrange pick up and delivery, gave me a time frame for repair work of 7 days but it was completed in 5 days. He was very helpful and informative throughout. Another Simon who collected and delivered my car was also brilliant, he rang me to inform me he was on his way to collect car. He delivered car back to my door at stated time. The repair is perfect and I’m told guaranteed for 12 months. Absolutely excellent service all around.

Oct 22,2024Communication was excellent, i got frequent updates about progress. There were a lot of delays, but i was kept extremely well informed about these so ultimately it wasn't an issue. It seemed like the car was being tested rigourously after each 'repair' (hence the delays as more repairs were required) so it felt like it was in good hands.

I cannot believe once you received my car how quick the repair was and I had my car back within days, my repair was perfect and valeted all through on collection. I was kept informed every step of the way of where my repair was up to and what to do on the collection of my vehicle. Oct 18,2024My car was repaired in Feb 24 following a crash, been back 7 times over the last 8 months but still leaking in water. Most recent visit, car was dropped back yesterday after a full days problem solve and promise its fixed. I've opened the door once to find the internal door and trim hanging off, glue all over the silver window trim. Shocking workmanship, it's that bad we feel its intentional. Wish I could upload photos to show how bad it. Response- happy to provide details, have sent an online form via your website.
