I was kept informed of the progress throughout the procedure and I felt my car was safe in their hands. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Thanks to you all

Oct 09,2024Disappointing Service from KC Autos I recently had my car repaired by KC Autos through my car insurance, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The quality of the repair work was not up to standard, and to make matters worse, I received the car back in an unclean condition. To add to the frustration, the customer service was appalling. Every time I tried to call for an update, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. It felt like they were more bothered by my inquiries than interested in providing any form of assistance. Overall, I’m really disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor service. I would not recommend KC Autos based on this experience.

Oct 09,2024Had my car repaired with KC Autos through my insurance. The panel repair was great and car was returned spotless. However, after hearing a grinding noise driving it home I had a mechanic look at it and he found the calliper bolts loose on the wheel that had been repaired. I rang KCAutos to report the problem and after a rather defensive conversation, I was told that they'd investigate and call me back. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for the phone call, but I don't think I'm getting one. Everyone makes mistakes, but brakes are pretty important on the road and some accountability and professionalism would have gone a long way to make me feel as though I'd been taken seriously, given that by returning my car to me they were confirming that my car was safe to drive, which it was not. Disappointing.
