The communication was excellent,My vehicle was picked up on a Friday and was returned the following Thursday.I was able to collect the hire car and leave mine there to be collected.My car was returned back,with a really good repair,and was even given a valet that I wasn't expecting.
Quick turn around on an insurance job: they collected my car from my local Enterprise branch and returned it in 48 hours; new wing mirror looks great and my car cleaner than ever! It was particularly dirty on the inside and came back with a much cleaner interior and exterior which is brilliant considering it had only been sent in for repair. They also kept me updated of timescales throughout the process, thank you KC Autos.

Car picked up and repair required communicated within 24hrs. Update given part way through repair. Car repaired and the finish is excellent and looks like new, car valeted. Delighted. All staff great to deal with.
After my car got hit by another car, they came to collect the car and took it back to the garage, after they assessed the damage they rang with full details of what needed doing. They kept me up to date with what was going on. Texted when the car would be ready and took it back to enterprise so all i needed to do was drop hire car off and drive off in mine.

My insurance employed this company to do a repair to my Nissan qashqai, with a like for like courtesy car while they fix my car. They took my car and I got a Fiat 500 nothing like a Qashqai š³. Then they took my car on Wednesday, told me they āestimateā mine back by Monday not a problem. Then āestimatedā Tuesday. Then āestimatedā Thursday š”. Then finally got my car back the following Tuesday, 8 days after the first estimate (in total they took 13 days). But I had to give the curtesy car back on the Saturday so left with no car for 3 DAYS. Use this company at your own risk. Please send me your contact details Alan and I will contact you on Monday or Tuesday. Update- spoken with Alan yesterday (09/04/23), the size of the hire car is down to my insurance and not KC autos, we come to an agreement over the hire car having to be returned earlier than me getting my car back. As for the "estimated" date of return we agreed to disagree about the number of times this will be extended (3-4 times) or more? Thank you Alan for speaking with me. Now rated 2stars from the original 1star.
