They got me booked in at a time and day convenient for myself, kept me up to date about what they were doing and how long it would take. Even after there was a couple of minor issues with the repairs, they got my car back in and rectified everything promptly. My car now looks better than it did when I bought it new! Would fully recommend KCautos Stoke!

Calls from customer service to give me updates on the progress of my repair. The repair was completed 4 days early and the car was returned to me in a clean and tidy. Spot on service.

Apr 04,2024My car has just been returned after bodywork repair by KC Autos. It's a Toyota CHR. KC Autos collected and returned my car at the times they said. The repair looks great and in addition not only did they clean the outside but the inside as well, came back looking like new. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I was kept informed at every step. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thank you guys.
