May 18,2024So I emailed in first thing about wanting to swap insurance to another car from the one I had. By lunchtime had a reply to say ring in before the weekend and we can sort that out (It was a Friday), just needed to clarify a few things. I rang in at about 15:45, got through to Joshua in a couple of mins who sent me the email, within 5 mins or so insurance swapped over no probs. Always a pleasure, been insured with them for ages with my two cars. Won’t change there is no need as they are always competitive enough on renewal so no need to bother with the hassle of swapping everything to save a few quid. Would thoroughly recommend.
