Mar 20,2024Having searched online for motor insurance and finding that competitive prices offered on comparison websites became much more expensive very quickly or were removed, I decided to call my broker Mark Bullock at Keith Michaels and was able to talk with him the reasons for their insurance quote which satisfied me and I paid. I was unable to talk to anyone online. My thanks go to Mark for doing a great job!

They are proactive in reminding in me in good time that the renewal date is approaching. Their staff always answer my phone calls and e-mails promptly. They never try to oversell and advise me to look elsewhere if a quote is unacceptable. They never have been. A good company to do business with.
