Feb 02,2024I insured my vehicle with Keith Michaels previously and they were fine... but I left a couple of years ago when they tried to increase my insurance premium by 32%, despite me having 20 years no claims. When I sought a quote on this occasion their response was shocking. When I called 8 days ago, I was told I needed to speak to the chap I'd dealt with previously and to expect a call back from him shortly. 24 hours later, having received no call back, I sent an email explaining what I was looking for... and still no one contacted me. When I chased it up today, I was breezily told they were "struggling to get quotes for Ford Rangers" and therefore couldn't help me. I asked if that was the reason he hadn't returned my call for 8 days and he just swerved the question. Then, having already said he couldn't help, he rather pointlessly asked how much I'd been quoted by my current insurer. All in all, very unprofessional.

Always beats every quote i've had, goes out of his way to help me with with any questions and help I might need. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially those with a modified vehicle.

Jan 28,2024Garry and Olivia Great insurance brokers they beat my best quote on both my cars one by nearly £300 a year and the other by £600 quick to answer any query’s, only downfall is they are only open Monday to Friday so policy adjustments cannot be done on weekends if needed

A 15-minute call with this broker sorted it all out at a very reasonable price. The service I received from Patrick was exemplary, friendly and professional. Absolutely brilliant, highly recommended. Jan 19,2024I’m an owner director of a small, specialised software company and recently purchase an EV as a company car to take advantage of the BIK tax breaks. However, with the changes of ownership of my car (i.e. my company owning the vehicle not me) suddenly becomes a problem when trying to get insurance quotes both from my existing insurer and any insurer I found through comparison websites. Whilst I was able to get some low quotes, they were from insurers that had poor ratings. I have max NCD with no convictions so thought it would be straightforward. How wrong I was. Anyway, I started doing some research online and found Keith Michaels Insurance who had excellent rating so decided to give them a call. I got through to a real person quickly and was put through to one of their sales consultants. I explained exactly what I wanted and there was no problem in getting a reasonable quote which I received in my company email inbox within 20 minutes of my first contact. I accepted the quote, and everything was in place within a couple of hours. Their salesperson was honest and straight and was very helpful. Keith Michaels Insurance don’t appear to be working from a standard script. One-size fits all insurance doesn’t work for many.

Jan 18,2024I am not surprised by all the 5 star reviews as the service I received from Carrie was not only the best response I have received from any insurer, but simply the best from any customer service platform I have ever used. I was not an easy risk to place, a six month totting up ban for two 20 mph and two 30 mph single figure excesses. Also, an accident a year earlier when a deliveroo scooter ploughed into me doing 40 mph on a 20 mph road as I was coming out of my driveway - both parties deemed to be at fault! She sympathetically took me through the history and gave me immense confidence that she could help after I had previously been refused by all comparison sites bar one quote of £7,000 per annum for a car worth £36,500. The final quote was very competitive in todays market and although I had to have an expensive immobiliser fitted, she also helped with that process. Carrie is excellent and my faith in online customer service has been fully restored......until I next call Sky/BT/HSBC/Vodaphone - take your pick!

Feb 05,2024I’m so glad I found Keith Michaels. I was trying to get insurance for my Ltd company car and struggled to do this myself by going to the usual insurance providers. Most places would not offer the correct insurance and the ones that did were extortionate. I spoke with Patrick at Keith Michael’s and he quickly found me competitive quote and explained everything to me, to put my mind at ease. I’m just glad I found them.
