Dec 04,2018Saw a car advertised online at Keven Egan cars, made a phone enquiry and was put through to Cathal in sale's. And as i lived about 3 hours drive away from them we done everything over the phone. "Never once feeling like i was making a mistake". Purchased the car and when i went to collect it i was greeted by Cathal and a very friendly girl in reception who somehow managed to know who i was and why i was there. They obliged my every request without any hesitation in the deal. And i drove the three hour journey home knowing that i would probably take the same journey again in a couple of years when the time comes to change again. The biggest compliment i can give this dealership is when i walked through the doors i noticed how happy the staff looked (even the junior's) and that is a testament to the ethos of the senior staff and owners.

Everything was straightforward and the additional warranty a bonus. I really liked the fact that I was sent a letter with contact details for the after sales team and also the fact that the dealership contacted me about a week after delivery to check eveything was ok. This was exceptional service. Mediocre service is all too common these days. Kevin Egan cars really demonstrated how to look after and value their customers. I have recommended them to a number of people.
