I understand in today's complex world of logistics how it is to get the right product to the right place, but I even more appreciate having a quality customer service like Bahadir and resolution in today's market.

Jun 05,2024When you order an open box item from kidsy, you have to keep in mind that you might get a perfectly packaged item. Or in our case, the item's box/packaging may come to you in a tattered condition (since these are basically returned items from other retailers). That being said, we saved over 25% on a stroller using kidsy, and it's basically brand new and unused. The item came in a timely manner. So far, no complaints.

Jun 04,2024This was my first-time ordering with Kidsy. I ordered an UPPABaby Mini V2 stroller for my daughter who is expecting her first child. The listing had a discount off of the standard UPPABaby price due to an opened box but stated the stroller was new. (A great savings of $69 off a $399 list price!) When my daughter received the box, the stroller was in perfect condition and arrived in a timely manner, much quicker than expectations set by Kidsy. Thank you, we will be checking out other baby merchandise on Kidsy!

Jun 03,2024Will not be repurchasing anything from this website. Item came in a beat up box it’s no wonder the item was damaged and unusable. Made the return after some back and forth with a customer service representative and currently still waiting on a refund.

May 28,2024My item was badly damaged and I had no way to prove it was damaged before shipment. The box was so mangled that I immediately threw it away only to find out later that it was needed to return the product. It’s too late now to return. At least I can use the bottom half of the booster seat despite the top half being bent out of shape in a way that is unsafe to put a child in. I am wondering if it was even legal to sell a safety device in the condition it is in.

May 27,2024I was very skeptical with the looks of the packaging as the box was clearly torn and smashed in a few places, and completely taped back together, and put in a separate box. BUT, once I did get to the inside of the box, I found the item I had ordered in great condition along with all the parts needed... except for the instructions / manual on how to put together as the one that was included was for a different bouncy chair. I was able to get it together without instructions, in less time it took to get into the box, lol My Grandbabies are going to love it.

May 27,2024I ordered a $400 dollar stroller for my daughters baby shower. When the box arrived, it had been previously opened and retaped. I decided to take a chance anyway because the shower was coming up soon. On the day of the shower, we discovered the mistake. I emailed Kidsy the same day, and they said it was over 14 days ( 18 days from the time I received the stroller til the shower), and they wouldn't let me return it. Even though I was going to order what I needed from them. What I wanted was Evenflow Gold Shyft Dualride System, and what I ordered was Evenflow Gold Shyft Transport System. You can see how easy the mistake was. Kidsy are a bunch of crooks.
