Jun 16,2024I purchased this baby rocker from an ad that came up from Facebook and was thrilled to see the awesome reviews on this site and took a chance and ordered my first purchase. The rocker came in a slightly torn box but still had original packaging and plastic etc. From my opinion its completely new overstock but fully functional and in great condition. I absolutely recommend Kidsy for high end brand kids products that don't break your wallet to buy. Ive already purchased more that's currently on the way. You won't be disappointed

I was searching for a very specific twin item in second hand condition and had exhausted all of my options, so as a last ditch effort I asked chatgpt to look for me. ChatGPT sent me the link to the exact item on Kidsy and it was listed for an incredible price. I had never heard of kidsy, but after reading their site and policies I decided to go ahead and purchase the item, which was listed as new/open box only condition. When the product arrived to me I couldn't have been happier, all of the parts were there and it was indeed in never used condition. The best part was i paid about half of what a used seller had been asking for and almost 2/3 less than retail price. I will absolutely be shopping with Kidsy again in the future.

Jun 10,2024I was a little skeptical at first since the item has been so hard to get and the price seemed almost too good to be true. But I took a chance and it paid of! The item shipped in great time and came in great condition! My ONLY complain is that the box had a rip on the bottom that bugs me, but if that’s the only issue, I consider myself very lucky!

Jun 10,2024The car seat looks brand new, however it looks like there was a defect in production where a small piece of plastic on the back of the frame got melted. My husband and I checked it out and don't feel like it should affect the functionality of the car seat, so we are still pretty happy with the purchase
