Sep 01,2023We ordered this Pit Bike on 8/10 we were told a lead time of 10-14 days. This was fine and we liked the price and Features so we went with it. Then this went downhill. We received the confirmation and estimated received date of 8/25. On 8/18 we got the shipping notice with the same estimated receiving day. I checked on Thursday 8/24 to see it was still in western Ohio. It was running behind no big deal. I called in on Monday 8/28 to see what was going on as it was still in Ohio. I could not get a live person on the line so i left a message. Left my name and number. I decided to call the shipping company I was then told it was lost and they were not sure where it was. I then heard back from Killermotorsports who said they would follow up and call me back. on Wednsday they called back and told me it was found and to call the shipping company to work out delivery. I spent over 2 hours trying to speak with someone at R and L Carriers. I finally got someone on the line and they informed me they had tranfered this to one of their partner carriers and i would need to call them. After another hour of trying to figure this out on Thursday 8/31 i called back to Killermotorsports. I spoke with a gentleman who called me back a couple hours later. he then told me i needed to call the carrier back as they had it, i told him i had spoken to R and L carriers and they had given to a partner carrier. I also let him know what i had been through calling back and forth on this. He then informed me that if i didn't want to do what he told me to i could move on and forget it ( great service attitude) when i questioned that, Since they already had my money, he told me that he would only correspond through email since i did not do what he told. Another great example of Killer Customer Service. To Summerize Killermotorsports has killed my desire to order from them going forward. To date no one knows where my bike is!!!

Aug 30,2023The ordering process was simple and straightforward. In my opinion the assembly and shipping prices were priced reasonably. The atv arrived assembled and ready to ride. It took roughly two weeks to get it to my home. Overall I am satisfied with the product.

Aug 29,2023The muffler brackets were installed without Locktite. Vibration caused the muffler to detach and could not get the replacement gaskets under warranty? Calls were not returned for 8 hours so far. Not impressed with service…..or communication. Sorry

Aug 25,2023It's really bad scooter and really bad company. I ordered the scooter ( TAOTAO 50CC THUNDER BLADE50) on 07/06/2023 with the price is $999.95 plus assembly $49.95. I received it very fast in 7 days later (From Texas to Orange County, CA). However, when I opened it, the scooter had many damages, scratches and broken parts. Moreover, when I have tried to ride it, I have realized that the odometer of gas and mile do not work. I did send many pictures and file the damage claim to the company on 07/14/2023. They got my email and they emailed back to me on 07/18/2023 that they would send me the replacement parts. I have been waiting them but I have not gotten any respond. I called to the office on 08/14/2023 and talked with Myrna. She said that she would remind the customer service people. Until now 08/24/2023, I did not get anything from them. Finally, I am very very unhappy with this. I really highly do not recommend this company and this scooter. The product is from China, it looks like a toy, it is easy to be broken.
