Jul 27,2023The purchasing process was easy enough, shipping was great. We purchased new unassembled, but our ATV came assembled and looked like it may have been a return or floor model. It had a few minor issues, but the they were addressed and we were offered a discount as well as replacement parts. All in all, for an online purchase I would give it 5 stars as they made it right.

Jul 24,2023Couldn’t get the 4wheeler to run at all when it came in. Had some kind of safety switch under the seat mounted under the rear rack. Once I unplugged this. It started right up! Pretty good !

Jul 22,2023We ordered two scooters. Both were damaged upon arrival, one minor and the other with significant damage. They were supposed to come in crates, but instead they were packed in flimsy cardboard. Trying to get restitution from your company has been like pulling teeth. We've had them now for a week and still have no idea when they will get picked up to be replaced. We have a dim view of the service we've received from your company.

Jul 22,2023Great price for the bike however it doesn't run. Starting issues, maybe should have been tested before it shipped to me. Came assembled but stalls immediately after starting. Came with 6 " gouge on side panel. Continue to have multiple emails and calls to resolve. Now I have to have mechanic diag issue out of my own pocket, besides the $1400 for the brand new bike.

Jul 22,20231. Delivered to the wrong address. 2. Scuffed dash panel. 3. Speedometer does not work. 4. Broken screw and connection points. 5. Bent left handle bar. Seems to have been dropped on the left side, not sure if it was you or your delivery service. Also have a checklist that is not filled out, just says done at the bottom.

Jul 22,2023The quad I got for my son is great!!! Built well, fast, easy for him to handle. However I really didn't appreciate that after I made my purchase that a week later I was asked to pay MORE for the delivery. Which made my total more than I could have paid from a different company. I felt like a little bait and switch. Not cool!! But otherwise bike is what was expected.

Jul 18,2023the $1,500 vitacci fighter 150 scooter i ordered didn't come with any instructions on how to put it together. i attempted to do it myself and look up instructions online for hours, there's nothing. i finally emailed the company saying mine didn't come with instructions or a manual, and asked if they could email them to me... they said they don't have any available. i'm not a mechanic so i trust myself to just guess how to put it together, because it could be very dangerous if i do something wrong. just been a ridiculous experience so far. normally don't even leave reviews but this has been brutally annoying. i'm just going to return it, we'll see how that goes
