Ordered with no assembly, delivered to my house very quickly. When the time came to schedule an appointment, I did have a little bit of technical trouble with the contacting the shipping company. Overall, excellent service, but I have no experience with the technicians assembly. When contacting KMS, they consistently had a working line and called me back.

To start I had difficulty with the companys website payment system, which kept giving me a default error, when setting up payment option with affirm, ended up having to reach out to affirm directly for a diffrent way to process the payment, because of the error that was occurring on the killer motorsports website, secondly The warehouse didn't pay attention to the detail of my order, and ended up sending me the wrong moped, we ordered an all matte black moped, but got the 2 tone matte black/shinny moped, in which we where willing to keep, but was only offered a max of $125.00 discount for the mixup, which we feel should of been way more, that only covered half the cost I paid to have it shipped, so we opted to receive the correct color moped.
