Contacted customer service who did reply the same day, with an apology, no offer of replacement and a week later I’m still waiting for returns postage bag to arrive, before I can return for refund. Considering this return/refund is due to inadequate standard of stock, I feel the service to rectify takes too long.

Aug 25,2024Order 276232 Kit and Kaboodal are extremely unhelpful. I wouldn’t buy again from this company. No free returns. My parcel arrived back to them late and they posted it straight back to me and said - no refund with an extremely condescending hand written note. Who does that!!! The jumper wasn’t worth the postage !!! The jumper I bought felt like steel wool , was extremely bad quality. It wasn’t my first order - but will be my last Luckily I didn’t press buy on my cart. So “with compliments” Amy Bills !!!!!!

Aug 24,2024Comfortable cotton tops….I have several. The only criticism would be that although sized the same (8-20) they are all very different sizes…some up to a small 18, others suitable for up size 24. Lovely though, despite inconsistent size .
