Aug 21,2024The Company sells good quality goods at a competitive price. The only issue I have is that they use Amazon as a courier; I live in a block of 2 storey flats. I am upstairs yet th courier cannot be bothered to deliver goods to me. They just leave the parcel outside. I am housebound, so I have to rely on some kind person to deliver my parcel to me.

Aug 21,2024The product looked good however the photo was very misleading. It looked like a long sleeved top but was in fact short sleeved. A bit more description would help. The colour was not as photo either. A waste of return postage!

I have recently "discovered" Kit and Kaboodal and have been pleased with my purchases which have served me well in the recent warm weather. I particularly like the colourful tops which perk up an outfit when worn with my usual black trousers. On the one occasion when I had to return an item because it did not fit, the return was easy and efficient.

However, unfortunately the quality has slipped a little with my last few dresses having long loose threads & stitching coming undone after not even a days wear! Plus my account points which I queried sometime ago are STILL not correct.
