Mar 29,2025I’ve been getting lip filler for prob about 10 years and I saw a lot of good marketing on social media therefore booked with dr rosh. This is the worst lip filler I have ever had done in my life. So much so I had to go somewhere else and pay to get them dissolved. My lips looked distorted from the moment he put the filler in. Was so hard for me to try and draw my lip liner each day to try and hide it even then I couldn’t actually make out how my Cupid bow should be. Do not waste your money as paying to then get them dissolved and redone is expensive. Not to mention the price that clinic charges. Maybe he is good at other things I don’t know but understanding lip shape is not.

Mar 27,2025From the moment I arrived at Klnik, everything was perfect. The reception staff were professional and friendly and even offered me a bottle of water, which was a nice gesture. The lady doing my Flawless Facial was called Gul, she was amazing. She was so Informative about what she was doing and made sure I was okay throughout the facial. Thank you so much to all the staff at Klnik, you are all great!!!! 😊

Mar 26,2025Dr. Rosh is a scam artist who only cares about influencers and is using their fame to scam young, vulnerable women. Please don’t waste your money, as you will be treated with little respect and given a rushed job that does not focus on what’s best for you but instead gives Dr. Rosh the highest return for minimal time and work. This was, sadly, my experience.

Mar 25,2025The team are super good at recommending the best treatment For you as an individual Lana got me booked in for six sessions of laser hair removal which I was told is grateful avoid avoiding ingrown hair and I was seen to by Iesha Who gave me great techniques that completely helped the pain and a great exfoliating lotion to see the best results. I can already see a difference. I can’t recommend the team anymore. What a great experience.

Mar 24,2025Visited KLNIK in Harvey Nichols Friday just gone, Wanted to find information about upcoming Mother’s Day and if they had anything special for that day. Firstly would like to say the lady on reception (Lana I think her name was) was very welcoming soon as I stepped through the door. Help go through what treatments available within the clinic. I then had a brief consultation which I found so helpful as ideally I had no idea what to book for my mother in law. The lady delivering the consultation (iesha) went through all treatments with me in depth in order for me to understand exactly what I’d be booking. Very helpful loved the fact they made time to explain, despite me being indecisive. I had an awful experience earlier that day visiting clinic in order to find the right one. KLNIK was the 3rd clinic I visited and within minutes of walking in, I felt so comfortable, I knew it was the one. Looking forward to booking in, knowing my mother in law will be well looked after thanks to the front team.

Mar 24,2025I came into the Manchester Harvey Nichols clinic initially to enquire about the glass skin facials after seeing it advertised online and after previous bad experiences in other clinics I can say I was pleasantly surprised! The girls on the front desk were so welcoming and didn’t mind answering any questions that I had and really made me feel comfortable! Everyone was so friendly and seemed very happy to help. After enquiring due to the overall experience and knowledge of the treatments I can say I’m so excited to start my treatment journey with KLNIK and can’t wait to see the end results!

Mar 22,2025I came in for my second laser hair removal appointment and the receptionist Lana was so welcoming, offered me water, and was full of energy and joy which helped me really settle in! Iesha was my clinician today. She was so professional, informative and I learnt so much in my session! She gave me some great aftercare advice and made me feel so comfortable in my appointment! I’d definitely recommend klnik

Mar 14,2025A really disappointing experience. I have visited Klink multiple occasions for filler, facials over the years. Thought I would give them the satisfaction and chances to give me a better experience due to my loyalty however….the experience I now receive having been a regular client is astonishing, sadly if you are not an influencer with thousands of followers, you will not be given the time of day. The lack of communication that the team provides with yourself and the staff is embarrassing! Receptionist staff have no clue to what is going on nor helpful when you come across issues. Receptionist staff are very rude and put on such a fake smile. The only times I’ve had a pleasant experience is back when I first started visiting, back in 2021, however them members of the team have left the business (no wonder why) you would think being a regular client you would receive a much more positive experience and treated with respect! I have had both Aqua 3 and Hydra Facial on multiple occasions as a treat and I am very disappointed to say that the way the treatment is carried out is terrible! Steps missed, felt extremely rushed almost every time. My most recent facial was purchased back on the ‘buy one gift one’ deal and I could not believe I left with my skin looking how it did! I pacifically like the hydro facial as I like the deep cleanse that it is meant to provide however the girl who carried the facial on me missed mutiple steps and did not focus on my problematic areas even though she commented that I had many blocked pores! I also disgusted that I asked for my before and after pictures to realise for one they only take before pictures not after! Having asked multiple times for pictures of MYSELF I was informed to email them and I would need to gain approval beforehand…still haven’t received my pictures. On a positive note, one good thing about the clinic is Dr Karim, his service is exceptional always so polite, always takes his time and most importantly, he is very honest and keeps you looking super natural. Overall would not recommend! By all means try for yourself and jump on the ‘hype’ but don’t be surprised if you aren’t treated as you expect! Klink has gone down hill over the years and the management needs to take into consideration the reviews they receive regularly. Last note them opening a clinic in Harvey Nichols is the worst thing they could’ve done as the services are now limited, they only have certain treatments at each location which does not work well for trying to meet there clients needs and now having known you have to pay more for your services as it’s in the centre of Manchester :) Don’t be fooled by the social media and influencers!

Mar 13,2025I have always had a positive experience with Dr Rosh and his team. I have always felt seen and cared for at each and every appointment and go away with more confidence to face the world. It is always busy with people keen to see Dr Rosh and be worked on by his hands but you never feel rushed during your time with him and he gives each and every person the time they deserve, to feel happy to go forward with treatment and to be treated beautifully and precisely.

Mar 11,2025I have put off writing this review for over a year but after seeing numerous other negative reviews I felt I would do it, I don’t usually like writing negative reviews but if I can advise one person not to visit Dr Rosh then I have done my part. I booked in for a consultation in hopes of getting tear trough filler that day, just to note I have never had any filler prior to this and this was my first experience in this kind of place. I arrived in the clinic the receptionists/ assistants were lovely and I was amazed at how great the clinic looked, I was excited for my results after seeing how great he was portrayed online and so many influencers recommending his treatments. Here’s where it went all downhill, I was waiting over an hour for my appointment. I was then moved upstairs and waited even longer I was then taken into the room with the assistant thinking Dr Rosh would be there, nope still not there. Sat even longer, I was probably waiting just under 2 hours in total from my initial appointment time. He then stormed in, didn’t even say hello or apologise for the delay and sat in front of me and said what are we doing today. I explained my insecurity around my dark under eyes and wanted some advice, he told me to look up and to the side and said I can do tear trough. The consultation lasted approximately 30 seconds. I panicked and said ok that’s fine, I drove 2 hours to see him with the intention of getting it done anyway. He then stormed back out the room whilst the assistant prepared the filler, I could tell she felt awkward that he had been so short with me. 5 minutes later he came back in did the filler within 2 minutes and gave me a mirror to show me, I said that looks great, he did not speak a word and left the room. I never saw him again after that, and I wish that wasn’t true. I got my belongings and said thanks to the assistant, I felt like crying because it was so embarrassing to be treat like that. I paid £395 for a literal 15 minute appointment with no interaction whatsoever, my mum couldn’t believe how quick it was done as she was waiting for me! Unfortunately I was not even given any aftercare advice or anything or a follow up call nothing. The filler lasted about 2 months then I couldn’t tell a difference and I wouldn’t do it again. Sadly if you’re not an influencer with 1M followers you will not be given the time of day that you see on his TikTok videos.

Feb 28,2025I initially chose this clinic for its convenient location in Wilmslow, just 15 minutes from my home in Hale, and the natural-looking results I had seen online. Upon arrival, the receptionist and Dr. Rosh’s assistant were welcoming, and the consultation itself was thorough and detailed. Based on Dr. Rosh’s recommendations, I decided to proceed with most of the suggested treatments. While I was happy with the subtle and natural results, the treatment itself felt extremely rushed, as if there was a need to move on quickly to the next client. Unfortunately, I never received the scheduled post-treatment call, despite the receptionist confirming a specific date, which felt misleading. Given the clinic’s premium pricing, I expected a more attentive experience, not just during the treatment but also in terms of aftercare. It would be great to see the same level of care and attention extended to all clients, not just influencers, to ensure a consistently high standard of service—even when the cameras are off. Hopefully, this is something they can take on board to enhance the overall experience for everyone. By contrast, I’ve visited another local doctor for treatments more recently , and the experience was a world away. It was welcoming, unhurried, and felt genuinely professional; thorough, friendly, and free from judgment. That was a true five-star experience and it really highlighted how poor and sloppy this one was in comparison. What’s worse is that after leaving a fair and honest review elsewhere, I received no response or acknowledgment from the clinic. This lack of professionalism and accountability has led me to reduce my rating further. A business that ignores feedback and only seems to prioritise influencers is not one I can recommend.

Feb 27,2025Shattered smiles is all you get as soon as you walk in. I went to the Wilmslow clinic and the first thing you hear is some lovely peaceful music that will instantly distract you from what’s to come. Dr Rosh loves to give his employees a good side eye and make his appearance very short. I got tear trough treatment and god strike me down if I lie. 2 weeks later, I told Dr Rosh to his face that I did not notice a single difference and asked for before pictures (which I am still waiting for and it’s been over 1 month). I told him that it’s easy to edit photos and add brightness to make the affected area look like it’s been magically reduced in which he responded by saying “well we don’t do that”. They keep telling me that it’s due to a change in management that they need to get authorisation to send photos of MYSELF. If you ever decide to go, please pay attention to the state of Dr Rosh’s tear trough filler that he or someone did on him and then ask yourself if he’s happy with those results on himself, surely whatever he does with you, he’ll be happy with also. If you’re willing to spend money on the hype around him, go for it but if it’s real results that you’re wanting then save your money.

Feb 15,2025My mum went to get her lips dissolved which led her getting weird lumps at the top of her lip the skin bit, so she went back to say she wasn’t happy with the treatment he left her waiting for an hour or so and then WALKED OUT THE ROOM mid conversation and told her to speak to his secretary. I kept holding off to write this review even though it happened months ago because I’m not one to bash someone but more people have even complained to me about him and she has worked hard for her money for her to be disrespected like that.

Feb 11,2025I booked in to see Dr Rosh for concerns on my lower face. The service received from him was horrendous, very arrogant and I was made to feel worthless, his tik tok videos with all the influencers show an excellent consultation and what I got was a rushed, late service, he was uninterested and told me I had too much filler in my cheeks, I’ve never had filler in my cheeks! He looked at me like I was a liar. The service between his assistants was just very strange, he came in told me I needed to sort my upper face out before he would consider working on my lower (which I had come in for initially) paid a fortune for results that aren’t visable. He advised me to had tear trough, I told him I tend to retain fluid under my eyes but he spoke to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about, silly me went ahead with the treatment and as I explained I am now having issues with water retention in the area where the filler is. I am sure he knows his stuff but to tell someone who is already self conscious about their face they need extra work before they would work on the areas self conscious about is unethical. I could have been stronger and told him I would think about the treatment but the whole leaving you with his assistants to discuss cost just totally made me feel uncomfortable. Very unhappy experience. Dr Roch needs to work on his customer service skills and treat us normal people with more respect. Instead of just minions!

Feb 08,2025It was my first time seeing Dr Rosh and his wonderful team in London today, I was welcomed by each member and had lovely conversations with them all. It’s understandable a well known and sought after Dr may get delayed but this is very well explained in T&C’s which can be found on the Klnik website and emails. I was updated along the way and wasn’t left alone, there was always a team member close by to ensure everything was ok and I was very well looked after. I am not instagram famous or a celebrity but this really did not matter. I was treated with the same care and urgency. My consultation was very thorough, my concerns were heard and Dr Rosh and his team made me feel so confident before even getting any treatments done. Dr Rosh’s approach is like no other, he will not force any treatments on you and will actually do the minimum he can, whilst achieving the best results - natural but effective! I went in wanting so many things done or thinking there was so much wrong with my face but I was reassured this was not the case. I only needed a few tiny tweaks which have made such a difference. I walked out of the clinic today feeling more confident than ever and I cannot wait for my next visit. I also just want to thank Dr Rosh and the team for the hard work they are doing for our safety, if you haven’t signed the petition! Please do so!! Thank you all for a beautiful first time experience. I look forward to being a client for life!

Feb 07,2025A really disappointing experience. I went to visit Dr. Rosh for a consultation after seeing him online and liking the thorough discussions. This was not the experience I had and it felt like as a ‘regular’ person without a following I was not worth his time. First of all the set up is strange. I was left waiting over 45 mins past my appointment time, initially in their downstairs area and then moved upstairs to a random sofa amongst clothing. Not a premium experience. When Dr. Rosh decided to finally see me there was no acknowledgement of the lateness - in fact he was still having a meeting with a guy with laptops out etc. The consultation was rushed, it seemed he was distracted. The questions were not in depth, he didn’t once ask me whether I wanted to achieve a natural look or have dramatic changes - I have never had anything done before. He recommended several treatments totaling over £3.5k. After a 5 minute consultation, Dr Rosh left the room and I was left with an assistant to ask any questions and decide what I wanted done that day. The consultation cost £50 - I am a beautician and give longer consultations for people’s nails that last 4 weeks not their face!! It felt rushed; like he was distracted and I was interrupting his meeting. This feeling was confirmed for me when I left the room to see he was sat on the sofa continuing the meeting with the other guy. They noted they had time to do a treatment today - so if time was available why was a paid for consultation rushed? It felt there was no acknowledgement or appreciation of the fact these treatments are a big deal and decision, they were not explained fully, I was recommended a crazy amount of treatments, and the whole thing felt off. It seems to me that Dr. Rosh has an ideal face he strives for, and recommends treatments to get you to that face, rather than offering bespoke personal treatments to enhance your own features. I do not want to look like somebody else, I want to look like ME with a few tweaks and the fact this was not even questioned as part of the consult is such a red flag to me. He also recommended massater Botox, which I mentioned I was hesitant for as I’d seen online it can cause jowls. He poo poo’d this, and seemed insulted I was querying this - but surely he should be warning people of potential impact of treatment as further research shows it can and does cause this in the wrong candidate!! I would be devastated if I had gone along with this without detailed info on the potential side affects only for my face to become jowly in order to “fix” an issue I am not even bothered about nor mentioned to him as one of my priorities or reasons for coming in! After reading other reviews I am so glad I didn’t cave to pressure to have treatment that day and instead went away and decided against it. I have since been to see another practitioner who was disgusted by the amount of filler recommended to me, she instead recommended dermaforce Microneedling, hydrofacials and a review in a couple of months to see if I want any Botox but she believes I can get the results I want without any injectables. I have some slight lines either side of my smile, after one session of Microneedling these have gone whereas Dr. Rosh recommended 1ml of filler which clearly was not needed. A cold, poor level of customer service, a greedy money first approach, and frankly in my opinion an immoral approach to aesthetics which does not factor in uniqueness or personal preference.

He’s quick to criticize non-medical professionals but lacks both customer service skills and the ability to perform treatments correctly. It’s all a facade designed to scam people out of their money, making it just as deceptive as the “non-medic” practices he criticizes.
