Jan 30,2025I found Dr. Rosh on TikTok and booked a consultation, but my 4:00 PM appointment ended up starting at 5:20 PM with no explanation. I went in with the intention of getting jawline filler and dissolving some old lip filler, but Dr. Rosh immediately suggested a range of other treatments, telling me that "jaw filler won’t do what you want for your face." He pointed out issues I had never noticed, like "hollow" under eyes and an uneven face, and pushed me to consider tear trough filler, Botox, and cheek filler. I was taken aback since I’d only planned for the lip dissolve and jaw filler. Though I initially agreed to his suggestions, I quickly backtracked before the treatment began. This seemed to frustrate him, and he stormed in and out of the room while checking his phone. I found myself trying to justify my decision to him, explaining that it wasn’t about his idea of beauty—it was about what I wanted for my face. He left again, then came back in and suggested I go away and think about it more because I had changed my mind on his recommendations. I insisted I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in and was firm about sticking to jaw and lip dissolve. He proceeded with the treatments, but the results were underwhelming. The jaw filler made no noticeable difference, and there were lumps and unevenness. The final bill came to £800, which felt excessive for the lack of results. The entire experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend Dr Rosh to anybody. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Rosh if you’re looking for a consultation where you’re truly listened to and treated professionally. It’s clear how someone with insecurities could be easily influenced by his “suggestions” and leave with a hefty bill. It felt more like he was focused on creating insecurities to push more treatments, rather than offering honest, tailored care.

Nov 15,2024Over all a very disappointing experience and costly. I had a full lip dissolve costing £400 and a refill of around 0.8ml costing £400. I never received the follow up telephone appointment and when I did contact Dr Rosh about an obscene amount of bumpy filler he said one of his team would be in touch safe to say like the after care call it never happened. Which is disappointing. I spent £800 to be left with lips that quite frankly are not good and need correction work so I’m forced to fix them else where ( a very costly experience) This is not a 1 review as I do think his consult was worth the consult fee and I’m glad he talked me into a dissolve however 800 and 2 months on to have bumpy lips is very disappointing.

He knew what the vision was! Amazing team :) 10/10 thanku! Can’t wait to come back for top ups when needed x

Aug 05,2024Unless you’re a social media influencer don’t bother. The worst experience I’ve ever had with any company ever. I was charged an obscene amount of money for filler - 0 results and none-existent after care. They will also leave you sat waiting for your appointment for 1+ hours without any acknowledgment or apology for the delay. Despite stating they have a 28 day complaints policy it took 40+ working days to get a (pathetic) response from them and that was after I had chased for an update daily (and had to ring using another phone number since they dodged mine). Dr Rosh was very unprofessional, making some very bizarre comments and in my follow-up appointment actually running away without agreeing any resolution when I insisted I wasn’t happy with my ‘results’. A scam of a company who only cares about likes on Instagram.

Jul 24,2024WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAD A TREATMENT THAT DID NOT WORK!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!! I was booked in to this clinic to get cool sculpting. In my consultation with Dr Rosh and the lady I explained my insecurity ext and was told to get cool sculpting and after one session I would see really good results…. So of course I paid over £1200 for one session on the back of both thighs. I was thinking this was going to be the end of all my insecurities and was just happy to pay the premium price even though I knew it was 3x cheaper in other clinic in Manchester. HOWEVER!!!!! After being messed around and cancelled on multiple times to re arrange my appointment I finally had it done in the Harvey Nics clinic in Manchester. The machine kept popping off my thighs which I thought was odd and the lady had to keep trying to tape the machine to the back of my legs. After my session finished I was told to come back in 6 weeks to look at my before and after pictures and see my progress… to no shock at all there was zero difference. I honestly felt so upset, £1200 down the drain and I could not see any difference what so ever after the treatment even after waiting 6 weeks. The lady also doing my review told me she would speak to Dr Rosh to try to maybe get a second treatment done but I heard absolutely nothing back! I was chasing up for weeks and weeks to try and work something out and it’s sad I’ve had to write a bad review but I really want to warn anyone reading this that they sell you dreams in the consultation room!!!!!!! It also took 3-4 weeks to even get my pictures physically sent to me after my 6 week review. They were then only sent to me because I had to physically go to the clinic again in Harvey nics and speak to the lady at the reception! So even after 10 weeks of not being happy nothing was ever done to make things right! Not even another treatment to try to make a difference! So upset! PLEASE AVOID!

Jul 08,2024We've been going to Dr Rosh for 3 years now and he has honestly made us both feel so confident. He is so talented and keeps our faces natural. As we are in the modelling / social media industry it's ideal to have our faces natural. We will never trust any other practitioner with our faces again but Dr Rosh he's AMAZINGGGGG!!

Jun 30,2024I went to Dr Rosh in London back in 2023 and had a few procedures done. Before I went into the room I signed paper work that stated the risks etc. I then discuss what I wanted with Dr Rosh and then he left the room and myself and his assistant confirmed what I was getting done. I was originally getting some filler in my cheeks, chin and lips and Botox in my forehead. His assistant said that she personally had a lip flip and got better results. I’ve never even heard of a lip flip and didn’t know what it involved. Stupidly, I got a lip flip done instead of filler because her lips looked nice. No one explained that they inject Botox into your lips. If I had known exactly what it was I 100% wouldn’t have got this done. After a few days I noticed that the corner of my lip completely disappeared and I was so unhappy with the result. I messaged pictures of my lips as I was concerned and they told me to wait up to 2 weeks for the final results, which I did. It got worse over time. After a month I went back to the London clinic as I was really unhappy. Dr Rosh said that he has never come across this and he doesn’t know why it has happened. He actually made a joke and said you should just tell people “you’ve bitten your lip” or a “dogs bitten you”. To make matters worse, he followed by saying that his head and his heart is telling him different things and he should “experiment” by adding more Botox into my lips and see what happens. Very concerning that a Doctor who went to medical school for seven years is saying to a client that he should experiment on your face? I absolutely refused to have any more Botox and he had no more suggestions. My friend who is a nurse came with me and was appalled by the “advice” I was given. I left the appointment feeling even worse than I already did. I followed up a few weeks later asking for a refund and they refused to refund me for the lip flip and sent me the papers I had signed saying I understand that Botox can have different effects but I didn’t sign for the lip flip I signed for the Botox in my forehead. They have completely manipulated me and used my signature to their advance to refuse the refund. They tried to say afterwards that I had “mucoceles” which was never once mentioned when I got the lip flip done nor did Dr Rosh check if I had any? DO NOT believe his instagram and all the influencer clients he has. He offers treatments to them in exchange that they will post it on their social media. It’s all fake. If you’re not an influencer or a celeb he couldn’t care less about you. The most unprofessional clinic I have ever come across.

May 29,2024Today went to dr rosh's clinic in Manchester Harvey nicols and had the WORST experience of my entire life! I walked in and greeted his robotic receptionists and was then taken in by another robotic assistant of his! no expression, no warmth or kindness shown whatsoever knowing that I was already feeling so nervous with how unwelcome I felt. As soon as I walked into dr bosh’s office the nervousness got worse! He was sat like a couch potato, very unprofessional and he's supposed to be a z list celebrity doctor 🤣 is this how he greets all his YouTubers? He's full of ego you can clearly see with how he was so quick to insult another doctor calling him a junior when his work is nothing special either. He then asked me what it is I want done but as soon as I explained my opinion didn't matter, he then told me that I sound like I'm deep into my beauty but isn't that his job title??? Also, he made me feel as though I have body/face dysmorphia which is ironic because he gets women with actual dysmorphia coming in yet he injects their entire face and gives them a brand new face 🤣. What a joke. So I couldn’t do what I wanted done because my thoughts didn't matter, I mean it's not my face and I'm not the one paying(!). Even when talking to him and his assistant, the robot had a straight face as though she can't see or hear me, I even tried to make the atmosphere less serious and daunting but both him and his assistant were so serious and zombie-like. He then rudely left his office and took his robot assistant out discussing the prices etc and this robot came back in asking me what I wanted doing as if I hadn't already said so to dr rosh. After, I was given a patch test I was left to go outside and wait, noticed the lady waiting before me was offered tea yet I wasn't. Once the treatment took place I was given no numbing cream and he started injecting my lips. Dissolved only the tiniest amount and left me still with an obvious lump on my lip which I hoped he would get rid of and notice since he's not a 'junior' doctor. He didn't give a toss with how he treated me because sadly I wasn't an influencer he's a very different man on camera. He's a phoney. He asked me what I think about my nose but I wont let a man that looks like him make me feel insecure, if anything, he needs all the work he can get done to his face. I was robbed £445 for four pinches on my lips, i would've rather had scattered that money in Manchester town and had the pigeons eat it than to have paid for really absolutely nothing! He apparently created micro drops, best he uncreates it. There was no aftercare, no lip massage/asking if I am okay and he never even said goodbye. He needs to get off his high horse and stop thinking he's King Charles. There are so many better/ talented doctors and clinics out there. Stay away from him!

Apr 10,2024Went in for laser treatment for my acne scars and was left with permanent damage to my skin from my practitioner burning me. I was then prescribed a treatment for the burn to pick up from the pharmacy which was an additional £20. With even my practitioner admitting she saw no results, just extra scarring from the burn, I requested a full refund for the inconvenience and permanent damage this has caused me. After being told ‘we will get back to you’ for 7 months straight, they continue to ignore my messages and are unwilling to help me solve this. Absolutely awful service and now I am £1020 out of pocket with per many skin damage all over my face, I now have more scarring than what I went in for.

Apr 06,20245 star review and wish I could give more stars. I have just started having my laser hair removal at KLNIK in Harvey Nichols branch it has just been perfect from start to finish. Maddie Stepanova has been absolutely amazing she makes me feel so comfortable and I couldn’t ask for anything better. I had a very bad experience with ELAN LASER which I’m sure many have now heard of but I couldn’t be happier that I found DR ROSH video and I am now able to finish my laser sessions with a 5 star clinic and a 5 star service. I can’t wait to return for more. And I could not recommend this company more I will definitely be having other treatments here. Thank you so much!

Feb 12,2024Dr Rosh is an amazing highly skilled practitioner who I feel really safe and comfortable with. I had Botox and small amounts of filler in my face. I am absolutely delighted with the result which is enhanced but completely natural. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Feb 08,2024A really underwhelming experience. I agree with everything the review below has said about their experience, as it was exactly the same for me. I arrived 10minutes before the appointment time and I was isolated in a small room for 1 hour waiting for my appointment. There was no reason for me to be in a separate room from the waiting area at reception, since there was no one else waiting. If the receptionist wanted to have a break, absolutely fine, I would not have minded, but that could just be a rule they have there. After an hour waiting Dr Rosh comes in with 2 other colleagues, which felt off putting and an uncomfortable atmosphere. He did apologise for the wait and was straight to the point with the procedure, fine by me. I tried to make it less awkward in the room but he was just so serious and stared at me. He then left the room with the other assistant, to leave the female assistant explaining the price, she looked miserable and as though she didn't want to be there. She didn't say much because I knew the price and then he comes back in, procedure is done within minutes, . He left straight away and the female assistant explains aftercare. I genuinely hope she's ok because it felt like she didnt want to be there. The only reason I chose this place was because it was the only one in my area to do masseter botox. I had no idea about the social media presence, or care, but it makes sense why the prices are so high now. If you're going to charge so much, please, atleast just extend your gratitude to your patients. A simple "thank you for coming in today" would go along way before you abruptly leave. I left feeling embarrassed, awkward and I won't be going back. The best I can describe the experience its underwhelming and uncomfortable. Some customer service training, wouldn't go amiss here. The rest of his staff seemed nice, but you could sense a weird atmosphere. Having said all that, he knows what he's doing and he's is very procedural/straight to the point. (Definitely has some sort of ego). He gave me a very honest answer about the procedures that I had mentioned to him, and I would have gone back for the other procedure but not anymore. So just expect this type of experience when you go, as it seems to be a common theme in these reviews.

Feb 07,2024This is a very honest and fair review of my experience at Klnik with Dr Rosh. I am fairly new to aesthetics, I’ve had my lips done minimally a few times but I booked a consultation here hoping for a professional advice on cheek /chin filler and was willing to pay a premium for this to be done ‘properly’ by someone credible. Firstly, be pre-pared to wait around 45 minutes for your consultation (or appointment), I’ve also seen this comment in other reviews so it must be very common. There was no apology or acknowledgment for the ridiculous wait, when Dr Rosh finally walked in he had a nice, but very quiet, assistant with him. The atmosphere was really awkward as he examined my face and there was a lot of silence from them both during the whole appointment, I just felt really uncomfortable. I found Dr Rosh quite rude to his assistant, he shooed her out of the room when they first walked in and rolled his eyes at her a few times, kept pointing around as if to order her to do things, really strange. After the examination he then told me his advice on what I should have done, which I completely agreed with and probably nothing I hadn’t thought of myself. He then left the room quite abruptly leaving me with this poor girl to tell me how much each procedure would be and asked me what I wanted to do, there was no advice on any of the procedures or any knowledge of side affects/ how long it would take / whether there was immediate swelling etc. It was all very weird. When I arrived, I was prepared to pay for some bits to be done there and then, but after the ridiculous 45 min wait and the most uncomfortable consultation I’ve ever had, I decided to just leave. The biggest waste of £50 consultation fee I’ve ever spent and I left feeling a bit violated and had off to be honest. Really unprofessional experience. The girls working there seem lovely, maybe a bit clicky. Overall, I would not pay the premium to go here, I found Dr Rosh arrogant and rude and too expensive for the experience you’re getting. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt like I had to with this company. Think twice before you waste £50!

I then went to see Dr Rosh for some facial tweaks, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face he is the best. If your looking for someone to do your fillers and Botox then Dr Rosh is the one!

Dec 06,2023I went to Dr. Rosh at the beginning of this year after years of trying other practitioners. I had concerns that my face was looking overfilled and that I was being poorly advised elsewhere. Dr. Rosh reviewed my face thoroughly and explained that my natural features were not being enhanced - they were being altered completely. We dissolved all previous work and by doing so, I realised that I didn’t actually need half of the procedures that others had been doing. Dr. Rosh has now enhanced my natural features with slight tweaks and using bespoke techniques for my face. He does not treat every patient’s face as being the same as one another - they are clearly not and require a bespoke service. Dr. Rosh will also not carry out any procedure that he does not feel is necessary. I trust him explicitly. I am so incredibly grateful to Dr. Rosh for his hard work this year and am so much happier with my appearance. Thank you so much. Rosie xxx

Nov 23,2023I went here after seeing Dr Rosh on tiktok. Firstly, when I arrived I was surprised at how the clinic looks - you can tell that originally it will have looked very clean and modern, however it hasn’t been maintained very well. The plant wall in reception is completely dead, there is machinery hanging out in the waiting area, and the whole place could do with a fresh coat of paint and looks a bit scruffy. I can echo what other negative reviews have said in that, every single time I have visited I have been made to wait 30-45 minutes by Dr Rosh, despite arriving on time. Once you are seated in his office, one of his staff will come and talk to you, but the Dr comes in as and when he pleases. It seems as though they book clients in back to back and then he just sees them when he can be bothered coming in from his office. The booking system is also very odd and unprofessional, with staff whatsapping me numerous times asking me to change my appointment each time I’ve had one. Most shocking to me was the absolute lack of due diligence on the Drs part. I have had fillers and Botox from several other clinicians in the past - from London to Manchester - and every single other clinician has given me the following upon leaving the clinic: 1. A slip with the details of the product that has been injected, including batch number 2. Details of the amount of product injected 3. They have gone through in details, the signs and symptoms of vascular occlusion 4. Given me a direct number to contact them in an emergency/vascular occlusion Dr Rosh did NONE of these things. He didn’t even utter the words vascular occlusion to me, which is bordering on negligent. He took my money and sent me on my way without telling me what to expect or how long it would take to see results. Furthermore, he didn’t use any topical numbing cream and kept aggressively manipulating and turning my head, without first asking, without any care, as if I was doll. Over 1 month later i have had to have my forehead filler redone by another aesthetician because it was completely lumpy. I wouldn’t even bother going back and bringing this up with him after reading the other reviews and after my own experience with him. He seems very arrogant, he does not care about the comfort or well-being of his clients, and seems motivated only by social media hierarchy and satisfying his ego. I would absolutely never go back here. The attentive Dr you see on tiktok is not the one you will see. Unless there is a camera in his face, he will not show you any care.

The procedure itself was very smooth and I was reassured at all stages. Megan was very informative and friendly. Overall a great 1st experience - will definitely be recommending.

Feb 07,2025Leaves you waiting for up to an hour after your appointment time The filler made no difference at all to the areas I requested Seems to be money orientated. I feel like he only cares about his influencer/celebrity clients for his social media. Will not be returning.
