Jan 13,2024The book was sent in horrendous condition. The pages were completely off the spine, and the cover was practically ripped off. I have tried to get in contact with them for over a week now, and I have received 0 communication from them.

Jan 11,2024They could not locate the book I ordered, so they canceled the order and refunded me, but the refund was a little less than the original charge. I reached out to customer service several days ago about the discrepancy, but I still have not gotten a response.
