I had a good experience except that my package was delivered at 11:30am and I didn't get a confirmation email until 6pm that night.
My book was delivered in a timely manner, and because I've rented here before, I know that if I'm timely as well, I'll get my money back after returning it.

Jan 07,2022Customer service is super unprofessional. I just talked to the woman in their support who just hanged up on me. I called them because my order was shipped late. So it wasn’t even late due to the carrier which I completely understand nowadays. I called them and said that they shipped my order late and didn’t even use expedited shipping when I paid extra to receive it within 5 business days. She said something like “yes, sorry, it’s late due to the publisher.” I understand that but what are you going to do to still try to provide a good service to your customer? Maybe ship it with expedited shipping? No, they couldn’t do that. Then she offered me $20 credit toward my next rental. I said I had no use for it because I’m graduating this year. And asked to apply it to the current order. But no, she couldn’t do that. After that she asked me if she can do anything else for me, I tried to say again about applying $20 credit to my current order and she just hanged up! Keep it up guys. You have very PROFESSIONAL agents. They definitely know how to handle unhappy customers. HANGING UP ON YOUR CUSTOMER, even an angry one, is the worst thing you can do. By the way I wasn’t saying anything bad to her. I just really need my books on time, if you can’t do what you promise then please be ready to compensate your customers at least somehow and read FTC laws about delivering online orders on time. I didn’t even ask for shipping refund! If you monitor the agents’ calls please try finding and listening to this one - 01/06/2022 12 pm CST.
