Aug 30,2021I have been using this website since 2020 and have had no issues. My most recent order has been an absolute disaster, however. Out of the three books I ordered, I received one (no issues there), one JUST shipped out today after almost 2 weeks (mind you, I paid $9 for expedited shipping like the website recommends I do), and I haven't even heard anything about the other one so I am currently pending on the cancelation. I ordered these books a week before the semester started, I would have done it earlier on but I had a weird financial situation and had to wait until I got the money. The website is misleading when it tells you that the item is in stock (when it isn't). This experience has left me feeling very unprepared for a couple of my classes with not having my textbooks still. I was not expecting the books to arrive before the semester started, but this is WAY too long of a wait that was supposed to be shipped out 1-5 business days. Be wary that you might as well just go with the free shipping and get your books the same time as I would with the "expedited shipping".

Aug 28,2021I ordered two books recently from Knetbooks. The first, Psychiatric Nursing, arrived as expected, but the second was misdelivered, left at the wrong home by the post office. After calling the post office 5 days in a row to request that they locate it, the brunner and suddarth's textbook arrived today. I will now be able to complete my assignments for Monday.
