Knox HQ is based in the beautiful Lake District in Cumbria and apparel is developed by a design team, based in the Knox Studio in London.

Unfortunately not right for me but the 60 day return period gave me time to make up my mind without pressure, initiating a return was easy, and the opportunity to buy a UPS shipping label as part of the process was useful. The process after the jacket left me was less ideal. I was keen to know that this expensive item had arrived safely back at Knox but I received no update and had to check the UPS tracking information to confirm this. The refund took a number of days after receipt of the return. Knox's returns policy says up to 14 days, which seems like an unnecessarily long time for an item returned in perfect condition, when you may need to spend the money elsewhere.

Jun 06,2023I ordered the Orsa OR3 gloves direct from Knox, which meant shipping across the sea from the UK to US for about $40. Despite the distance, I received the shipment in a mere 3 days. After a thousand miles of riding, I remain very pleased with these gloves. They are beautifully styled and well constructed. I cannot feel any interior seams. Flexibility is outstanding, and I note in particular the hinged design of the topside armor that allows curling my fingers around the bar with no resistance. I love the quick release ratchets, much more secure and convenient than the Velcro on my old (cheap) gloves. The touchscreen fingertips work pretty well since I figured out which corner of the fingertip to use. After my first ride, I contacted support about the fit, as the thumbs felt a bit short and uncomfortable. They replied promptly with advice that the gloves will stretch as much as 10% with use. I can tell that the thumb fit is relaxing as I continue using them. Be skeptical of the sizing guide. I measured my hand length and girth per directions, and the chart placed me between sizes M and L. I did not trust this because I always wear XL in golf or batting gloves, so I ordered XL, which turned out JUST large enough with nothing to spare.

Jun 06,2023I'd rate my most recent experience with 5+ stars, Ordered an Urbane Pro MK2 jacket. It was delivered fast with no problems. I asked customer support to add another person's details to the delivery, added the next day without hesitation. I give Knox 3 stars (for now) because of some issues with the gloves I bought the last season. In less than two months of normal use, the soft material on the wrist started to overstretch and kinda fall apart. At that moment I was in another country so negotiating a return/exchange was not an option for me, unfortunately, so now I end up with a pair of gloves that look like they are 5 years old. Other than that issue, I'm pretty happy with Knox products and recommend them, but I also mention that you can occasionally get some quality issues, so just be aware of that.

Jun 06,2023Since I was buying my gear from half-way round the world, with no opportunity to try anything on for sizing, I'm so glad I reached out to the Customer Service folks. Jennifer walked me through the self-sizing process, and was incredibly patient in helping me settle on the proper kit for my Texas Summer needs. Everything arrived on-time, in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier with the fit. Have since purchased a Dual Pro shell to compliment the Urbane Pro, and since I already own a super Gore shell from BMW, I should be set for all seasons here. I especially love how the Urbane Pro fits like a second skin. All the comfort and protection, with none of the bulk. Amazing gear!

May 28,2023Fantastic products and I've got many, even my GoldTop leather jacket uses Knox protection. I've purchased 2 pairs of Hadleigh gloves and are the best on the market. Customer service is spot on and if using the chat option its a quick response. Speedy delivery and if a product is faulty will replace if genuine fault.
