Knox HQ is based in the beautiful Lake District in Cumbria and apparel is developed by a design team, based in the Knox Studio in London.

Jan 27,2022Hi, all my bike jackets are large and fit well, but this knox jacket fit like a medium to me, kind of tight in the chest even if the numbers written down in the table for sizing were accurate to my size. I wish I had an advise to go one size larger. Hopefully i can sell the jacket to someone else.

Jan 27,2022I use the Urban Pro Mk1 mens in L since two years (I am 182 cm and 80 kg) and like it a lot. That‘s why we got the Mk2 now for my wife. She is smaller than me (178cm) and 10 kgs lighter, but we went for the XL as we thought that women‘s might have a different sizing. Glad we did, it fits perfectly, even me wearing usually a mens L (Mk1) - tight, but not too tight. But: The back protector in the new Mk2 XL is significantely shorter than the one in my old Mk1 mens L and leaves a portion of the lower spine uncovered, which is bit disappointing. Besides, I orderd directly from Planet Know (to Germany) and UPS additional charges including import tax were an unpleasant surprise: approx. 46% of purchasing price (96 EUR). This does unfortunately prohibit further purchases directly in the UK, although I would generally recommend Knox and the Urban Pro.

Jan 19,2022Kind of ordered the Urbane Pro MK2 on impulse, but I like it. However, it isn't as light weight as I thought it might be. With all the armour plus the chest protector it is almost as heavy as the top of my 2-piece leather suit. And although air flow is good, the chest protector does cause some restriction to the flow. Otherwise it's a great piece of kit. Looks good, feels good, fits good. Oh, speaking of fit... fits like a glove, but taking it off is a b****. It's quite a struggle getting my arms out of the sleeves. Perhaps it might help if there are zips along the sleeves to ease doffing. In any case, I have no regrets getting this piece of gear.

Jan 12,2022Knox Handroid repair. My gloves had gone out of warranty and i had a slight issue with the stitching on one of the cuffs, i contacted the service team. Super helpful in communication, Knox repaired my glove and sent these back straight away. This is the sort of great service you expect from a premium brand, very happy.

As for the item itself, fantastic, really good quality and confidence inspiring. Makes riding much more comfortable being able to ride in less bulky non bike specific gear with a rain jacket on the top. Love it and will be buying another one in a different colour.

But after I used for few months, defect appears on all your products(Jeans and jacket for me and my family ) which the products have warranty , we contact and dealer on UAE-Dubai.,but they said the KNox factory said not acceptable. However we will not stop there , we will raise the case to Dubai Economy Government to check our rights Such a bad product and company As I said we disagree with your reply See there reply running from your responsibility
