Nov 07,2024Really impressed. Starting to make the other distributors seem like archaic dinosaurs; stuck in their ways. Just hope they refine their product lines down to a really good selection of quality manufacturers, and not be too “jack of all trades”. Quality, not quantity.

May 21,2024Every time I enter the store or call on the phone. I feel like I'm getting the VIP treatment. Fortunately for everyone else it's the same. Being a good person before being a salesperson is the key, i think. Building relationships that are genuine keeps us looking at the best interest of both in all situations. So, when i need something, they might not have i still call first. To make sure they know there is a need. And if they are able, they will provide it as soon as possible. Helping them build useful stock and giving my fellow integrators more reasons to shop at KOA.
