Well it’s been 30days from my purchased date and I will say it’s been very good. No issues and I’ve looked at the inside filter, still good. I purchased 3 of these 1 for each my daughter’s room and my bedroom. I am deciding to purchase a 4th for our livingroom. I do recommend this, it’s so simple to install #lol if that’s what you could call it. Simple and self explanatory. I did my research and for the $ this was my winner.

I have another air purifier at home, but this one is much better. It looks good and easy to use, also not so noisy. The product came on time and was nicely packed. The support service staff was friendly and supportive. Only thing is I wish they don’t make the process to get the free gift so complicated.
Excellent customer service
I have a VS2233 vacuum food sealer that has worked great the 1.5 years I had it. But a couple months ago it quit going into the seal mode automatically. It just needed the foam seal. It came with one but I replaced it last deer season. 5 Deer wore it out. They said they would send me one within 20 days but it did not show up. When I contacted them they apologized and sent me a new complete unit. What more could they do? Excellent service.

So far so good. I have only been using this Air Purifier for a few days and I am already noticing quite a big difference in my living room. First of all, I have pets & I also live on a dirt road. Normally, when the sun shines through my window just right I see a lot of dust, dander and dirt from the road floating through the air which is just gross. After just a day of using my Air Purifier I hardly saw anything floating through the air when the sun was shining in! Also, my husband has allergies and I've noticed him sneezing less, he says his nose isn't as stuffed up and his eyes aren't itchy and watery like they normally are. Another thing about this unit I like is that it is easy to set up and use. It also looks nice, is very quiet when in sleep mode and it comes with a good warranty and helpful customer service. If you can't decide on an Air Purifier, give this one a try. You won't be sorry.

Good customer service

I purchased an EPI810 air purifier, It makes a loud and annoying rattling noise like there a part loose or something. I contacted MARK at Koiosshop Support, sent him a video showing the obviously faulty product and the noise it makes and they confirmed it shouldn't sound like that, they said "This occurs when the fan is not working correctly..." and that they'd send me a replacement. The exact reply was "We have news from the sales team, we will replace the item. Kindly provide your current shipping address and complete name, so we can process the replacement immediately" After a couple weeks I checked back in with them on the status of my replacement and they decided to cancel the replacement without notifying me, and without giving a reason. They did have this helpful advice though, they said to run it on low so the rattling noise is not as loud. Genius. So, they confirmed it was not working correctly and that I should get a replacement but then decided, nah,keep the faulty one and deal with it. What a complete joke of a "customer service department" and company. Either the product or the company is junk/useless... most likely both. UPDATE 6/9 - I asked for an explanation as to why my request was approved and then denied. I heard back from Mark and he said that the noise is normal, their products just make these rattling noises and to ignore it, I guess. Classic and embarrassing. ANOTHER UPDATE - "Laura- one of the supervisors @ KOIOS customer service support" offered me a $50 Amazon gift card to take down the review. Sorry, at this point it's not the $$ but the principle. KOIOS had many chances to do the right thing but only offered me a refund after the review. Sorry the people need to know - the review stays up!
I was assisted by Pahwee with an issue in a very speedy and efficient manner. I am extremely pleased with the service and friendliness of Pahwee. I was close to giving up on my 4 in 1 hand immersion blender/food processor and they helped me with the replacement parts - eco friendly and cost saving!
Our vacuum sealer would not automatically vacuum and seal. I called the company and after trying to trouble shoot the machine, I sent them a video of the machine not working properly. They are replacing this machine with a new vacuum sealer. They were very helpful and courteous. Thank you.
After reading ALL of the pamphlet that came with the unit, I was very conscious of laying my thumb & pushing on the turbo button. It made a noise but nothing was happening. I had to push with another finger instead, which was awkward because the tilted design of the handle was supposed to be a comfort feature with a touch button. Once my finger got the unit blending I struggled a bit, unit on & off, and did have success on emulsifying fresh mayonnaise. It took longer than my cookbook said, but I will try it again one day. The whisk worked great on blending chopped fish into the Mayo for a Mahi appetizer!
