The customer service is not a robot and it allows you to chat with a rep instead of waiting on hold when you call in. I would give it 5 stars, but you have to write a review to claim the free gift.

Apr 11,2021My stick shaft broke and wouldn't attach to the motor, so I called Koios to get a replacement. Initially I didnt have the Amazon order number as it was a gift but the team was still willing to work with me. I eventually found the order number which expedited the process and Koios was able to send me a replacement. Customer service team was very helpful.

Apr 10,2021Purchased an air filter for the bedroom as it is getting into the spring/ allergy season. The filter works great. It came with a warranty activation card which requested an Amazon order number. However, I did not purchase from Amazon. The chat representative helped me through activating the warranty and it only took a few minutes. Thank you for a great product and great customer service!

I contacted Koios and have been talking to Pahwee and she has been very helpful and going out of her way to try to help me!!I would highly recommend this product and I am very happy with the customer service!

Feb 21,2021I ordered the 800 watt hand mixer (the stick kind). When I got it in the mail and opened it up, I was really suprised at the quality of the product. It was a even nicer than It looked online. I plugged it in to try it out, and it worked great. Very happy with the quality and performance of the product. The price was about the same as the Wal-Mart ones I had looked at prior to finding this one, but the quality was over the top outstanding. The Wal-Mart ones were only 200 watt and this one was 800. I give an all around 5 star to my review. I would recommend this product to anyone.
