Jun 01,2021Honey was very polite and tried to be helpful; unfortunately, it was out of her control to fix our problem. We need new gaskets for our sealer. We use it too much!! But, she offered helpful hints and sites for us to check. We were disappointed to learn that we can't buy just the part we need, but, may need to purchase a new sealer. But, Honey did great!
