Aug 24,2022I ordered the kub nursing chair through Amazon. The day before it was due to arrive I got a text at work saying it was out for delivery. I managed to reschedule and on arrival day I had booked the day off to be home to receive it. The box clearly stated that 2 people should handle it but one woman, shorter and less built than me hauled this 25kg box out of the van, dragged it across the pavement and up my stairs. She then tried to just leave it there despite the box trying to tip backward down the stairs. I opened my door and the box fell into my home towards me. The woman then took a photo and almost ran up my driveway. I called her back because the box was damaged and you could see that the chair was damaged too. She ignored me to I had to climb my 29 week pregnant body over this huge box and waddle after her. She came back and said she didn't think the box was that badly damaged before sighing and agreeing to take the box back. I know this sounds more like a review of the delivery but kub were the ones who booked this delivery and should have used a proper over sized delivery company and not just hired a wee girl on her own.

Aug 16,2022Ordered the tuff tray stand and the product was as expected. Very easy to assemble and put away and provides a sturdy base for my tuff tray, at different heights depending on ages of children that the set up is for. Arrived promptly. Definitely recommend!

Aug 11,2022Item never arrived despite numerous emails! Apparently the first chair went missing in the post and I was assured a replacement would be sent. I never received tracking for the replacement and when I emailed to check I never received a response. Emailed a few days later when item still had not arrived and no response again. Have had to put a claim in through PayPal ( company still didn't even respond through them! ) Wouldn't bother again as without PayPal protection I would have lost my money!

Oct 02,2022The popper on the chair was damaged when it arrived. This was disappointing but we contacted customer services who agreed to post a replacement immediately. We haven’t received it yet but there is a postal strike.
