Quality isn’t great and instructions weren’t great. Overall, it’s fine for the price I paid and will serve its purpose. Can’t fault the service, just a very honest review of the product.

Jul 17,2022This was my first purchase from kubdirect. I bought a mothercare nursing chair from kubdirect. It was a good price, or so I thought. I got suspicious when the package arrived and the box was in poor shape, with holes in places and looking like it had been either thrown about a lot and/or used before. When I opened the box to put the chair together it confirmed what I thought. Plastic bags containing parts had been re-taped up (in mismatching tape for some reason!) and there were some minor but clear cosmetic defects where presumably it had been bumped about a bit. Hardly the end of the world given (I think) we got it at about 40% off the going price but the deception of not mentioning that this was an open box product means I wouldn't use the retailer again or recommend them.
