And the Initial contact with the Kub Customer Care Team was slow (understandably, a busy period of the year), however, it was pretty straightforward thereon with sympathetic and customer-centric support with the aim to get the appropriate resolution for the customer. This gives me reassurances if I need to use the warranty at any given time.

Tonight I received prompt to leave review so hoping to hear something soon. Note I thought I was ordering 'Happy Architect Town as item was named. Tower came which is not the same. Update - Kub have been in touch and hopefully correct product on way. Will submit full review in due course. Thank you for your customer service.

Dec 03,2021Lovely chair can't fault it well packing could be a bit better so t he ends of the chair dont pierce through the box with slight damage to the paint work apart from that it's a lovely chair and stall easy to build
